I was having transmission problems on the last day of my vacation, and I called multiple shops in the area. They all recommended Nick as a former master mechanic at Ford. I have a Ford Focus RS, and he was immediately familiar with the car. I had my vehicle towed into the shop, and found that he was already working on another performance Ford vehicle, this put me at ease and let me know my car was in good hands.

Nick was competent, friendly and willing to explain the process and what his preliminary thoughts were. He was also able to secure me a ride to a car rental company that gave me a fairly substantial discount because I was working with him. This helped immensely. His communication was perfect, he called or texted with updates daily, and explained the process as it was happening.

The repair was reasonably priced and done quickly. My clutch feels brand new, and he or his staff even cleaned my brake calipers!

The only downside to any of this is, I live 200 miles away, so I am unable to use his services for regular service and maintenance. That said, if/when I have any serious problems I will transport my car back to his shop, because you can't put a price on piece of mind. They also have a 24000 mile/2 year warranty on their workmanship.

While traveling on vacation, our Mini Cooper engine light came on and lost most of its power. We were able to get a reference from a nearby auto repair shop to go see Nick. We pulled in and Nick greeted us. After we told him the issue he immediately got his computer analyzer and hooked it up to our system. He found # 1 cylinder not firing which could be anything. He quickly determined that it was simply a spark plug failure. How lucky were we that there was no engine damage. He was able to get one delivered in about 15 minutes and installed.
