This is one of the worst managed properties I’ve ever lived in. They do not respond to any questions or concerns. They will ignore multiple attempts to contact them about safety concerns. Multiple tenants in the building have had pest issues, HVAC issues, broken locks, non-working appliances, etc. The front door is also not secure if it is windy. During the Super Bowl, the lobby and waiting area had people from the outside celebration who do not live here come inside because the door opens so easily. I was told ensuring the door is closed is the responsibility of the tenants, even though non-residents and delivery workers enter the building daily. The first week I lived here, someone who works in the building told me the door code that works for all units. Nothing is resolved unless you spend tons of time reaching out repeatedly or consider taking legal action. Even then almost nothing is resolved. Had to reach out multiple times to have urine cleaned in the elevator. Was told this is definitely not urine by someone from the management team who does not live in this country and has never been in the building. The smell was nauseating. The stain is still there even after the issue being “addressed”. Do not move here if you want a well-managed building and positive living experience. The packages in the "secured package room" are often ripped open. If your mail is not placed in your mailbox, it is dumped into boxes in the package room or placed in random piles, making it difficult to find. Recently, 4 packages were stolen from the building and I had to reach out 4 times via email (unanswered) and did not get a response until I texted the Property Manager (Ezzy) personally. I had to reach out for over 4 months to get a new dishwasher for my apartment which was broken upon moving in. Was lied to about the dishwasher being ordered and had to constantly follow up with multiple members of the management team to get them to take any action. Our water pipe has burst multiple times, once resulting in tenants having no water. We had to evacuate the building at 11pm and were not notified the water was off until almost 24 hours after this happened. There has been a bucket of broken glass in the outdoor patio area since I moved in (almost 7 months ago). Management does not care about any issue that affects the current residents. There is no management presence in the building whatsoever. The number to contact them goes unanswered regardless of what hour you call. They ensure things look nice for tours - all for show. The positive reviews here are likely fake. Notice they contain photos that don’t appear to show the whole unit - these were likely just taken in the unit they use for showings which is vacant.

I lived in this building for one year. I couldn't wait to get out. I would beware. Over 2 months worth of time, the garage door was broken and stuck open The door from the garage to the second stairwell did not close properly, so the lock did not engage. Since there were some long periods of time when the garage door was stuck open, anyone could have entered the building and reach every floor. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the garage. More than half the lights were out in the garage. Above the upper window in the indoor common area, about 6 months into my living there, had water and the paint and plaster came off. When I left after my 1 year lease was over, it still had not been repaired. The elevator is often broken. The only time the front desk was ever manned was for about a week after multiple residents complained about noise made by people, not residents, that were in the common areas making drug deals and blasting their music. Nothing is considered a maintenance emergency. I put in a service request online and called the appropriate number on a Friday night because I had water coming into my apartment, dripping from the ceiling in multiple places and running down the walls. It was even coming out of the electrical outlets. The maintenance person did not come until Monday morning. I had this water issue 3 times until the cause was finally found. One of the times the garage door was broken it was because a truck had backed into it and the wall above during the summer. This was about 5 months after I moved in. The outside was fixed, but there was internal damage, so any time it rained, water would come up through the floor in my apartment near the window. I put in multiple service request, it was never fixed. I was temporarily in a different apartment when I first moved in because mine was not available yet due to the broken elevator. When it rained, I had water dripping in from one of the window frames. The building looks nice on the outside, but the construction is cheap. They have had multiple management companies and the building isn’t even that old. The building manager contacted me asking where to send my security deposit, but I never received it. I contacted her multiple times over the course of a few weeks and she never even bothered to respond.

I lived here for 3 years. It's not worth the price. The maintenance, front desk, and custodial staff is always great when they are there and I don't fault them for anything. But the building would go weeks without someone at the front desk or any other visible staff. On two separate occasions a guy came in and opened my packages that were sitting there because no one was there to receive them in the lobby (luckily it was cat food and he decided not to steal them). One Saturday there was blood on the hallway on my floor. I called the emergency maintenance line and they said thanks we'll look at it Monday. It turned out to be a dog who got his tail caught in a door (he was fine) but we didn't know that at the time and no one from the building's management office seemed to be concerned there was mysterious blood on the walls outside of our $1600 and up apartments. After 3 years of bloody walls, the car wash next door going off quite literally every two minutes, being able to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does, and things going months without getting fixed, you finally go what am I paying $1600 for here? If you want an overpriced apartment building, at least get one with a gym. I am including a picture of the blood.
