CVS — Local services in Philadelphia

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Besides this location being limited in the amount of inventory, one two many times now I have been disrespected by an employee here. Most recently, hence me reviewing them now, the staff at the pharmacy are curt, rude and ignorant. I show up to the pharmacy right on time (3 minutes before they "break for lunch") and was outright refused to allow me to pickup my much needed prescription. There was one lady they were still helping, while another associate just stood there glaring at me to leave. When I stated my prescription was already to go (I received notification to come pick it up during said time) the other employee very nasty began shutting the blinds stating it was now their lunch. So you mean to tell me the whole time this other associate was standing there counting down to lunch, she could have been servicing me (a two minute process mind you). Instead she decided to count down the remaining minutes chastising me and being discourteous. This is not what customer service is but I have to remember this location has never been courteous. I will be going to 2nd market...

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. The regular pharmacy techs are hit or miss.. But the lead pharmacist Jerry has no business running a pharmacy, let alone dealing with the public. Old, grumpy and probably done with his miserable existence. Misery loves company, that's him. Nobodies perfect or happy all the time.... They make up rules as they go. They'll fill or not fill prescriptions based on how they feel at that particular time. I've been going here for a little over a year, same time every month like clock work. My old pharmacy would have it ready for me without me even asking for it, sometimes calling me before I even knew it was ready. Not here, not only do they not ever have what I need, even though I get the same two things the same time every month There's always an excuse of why they/he can't give it to me. That’s a perfect location and You can find very good stuffs in there! But the service is so bad, especially in the pharmacy drug corner! I was today for pickup and a brown skin girl( her name was Breyahna) was in the register , she was the rudest person ever served me in these 5 years in America! She told me something about my medication and i asked her cause was my first time taking medication and i didnt get very well what she said .. she refused to explain and made me to sign the receipt with an unbelieveable anger and a nasty attitude . Also, She didnt tell me that i was missing medication, when i left i realized that i didnt have all in my bag. I went back and when she saw me she just went away… another asian guy( i think he was the pharmacy technician)told me that i have to come back next or 2 days later. He was tough too but not as much as her. I asked him for her name and he didnt want to tell me her name, just gave me a short name for her. But o found the receipt and i found out her name “Breyahna”! The worst...
