A good friend gave me a Groupon as a gift to go treat myself to Kai's Japanese sushi, however it didn't go as planned. I finally get a day where I get off from work early and decided today is the day I will finally go treat myself to sushi and I was denied. I am very disappointed with this establishment. The Groupon was $15 value dinner for two. So because I was alone I was told by the waiter I can't use my Groupon. But I bet you had I just ordered my food and then present the Groupon later during payment, they would have had no choice. Then to top it off, you make me feel bad because I came to eat alone...so what?!?! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area but it only has seating for about 20 at tables and 5-6 at...
Read moreSuuuuuuusshhiiiiiii.... Ha ha. Loved this pace, the server was an awesome young guy and very attentive. The food is amazing. Although it is this small corner place, and I guess can accommodate may be 12 people at once, what makes it special is the food and attention to detail. The food is not super expensive. As a person who enjoys sushi to the core, I was surprised by the freshness of the food and how simple and great everything tasted. I was a little disappointed by the Ramen, which is not a regular menu item, would recommend all of you to try the dimsums(i know they are not called...
