Industrious — Local services in Philadelphia

Since stepping through the door at Industrious, my experience has been nothing but amazing.

The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They always go out of their way to find ways to help the community here and pay attention to every detail. The space is always clean and organized, and the kitchen is always stocked with everything from free LaColombe coffee to tasty snacks to get you through the work day. I have gotten great exposure to people in industry-leading companies, from huge tech firms to innovative sole proprietors. The offices and coworking spaces are great for meeting clients over coffee and the conference rooms are perfect for more formal meetings and presentations. The space boasts beautiful 360 views of the city and sunsets are always a great way to end your day.

Overall, this is my favorite coworking space in Philly. I look forward to going to work every morning because of the energy I get from the Industrious...

We have had our office at Industrious- Avenue of the Arts since August 2018 and love it. We are spoiled! The space is bright and modern. The Staff is always helpful and cheerful. We are a small office and it is great to have someone else making sure that things like printing and internet are taken care of without us having to think about it. Cafe has great breakfast, coffee and snacks everyday- all included- so we can have a pick me up and also "bump into" (well at least in non-covid times) people from other offices and industries to make our small office feel like a part of a much larger, diverse group. Rent may not be the cheapest, but when you figure in taking out the hassle of having to deal with any of the set up / maintenance of running an office space, along with the unlimited printing, coffee and snacks (and weekly happy hour!) that are always available, and having multiple size conference rooms when you need one, the benefits make...

Industrious has been a great space for my company and team. The space allows me privacy needed to keep my company focused while offering open spaces and connections with other companies to network.

Industrious' concierge has been super helpful in connecting us to people that need our services and accommodating any needs we have. They often go above and beyond by offering free in office massages, juices on Friday's and weekly happy hours.

I was very impressed with how Industrious handled our growth needs. As we add more people to our team and required more space to operate, Industrious helped us transition to a bigger space without the pains of moving.
