This location can't do a dang thing correctly. I LOVE EINSTEIN'S. The location on Bell and 7th was my home store for 2 years until I had to move. They had their rough days but ultimately good lacation.
This location on the other hand is always messing up and will never apologize. I get a frozen caramel macchiato with extra caramel and an extra shot for the last 3 years. They would never put the extra shot and barely any extra caramel (I PAID FOR THE EXTRA) And they would argue they did. Either their expresso is weaker than EVERY OTHER location or they are liars. And never any whip cream.
On to the transition to the one egg two egg, I was never informed they went to fresh cracked eggs, so I was confused when she asked one egg or two eggs, and she just stated, "It comes with one egg or twos, two is 50 cent extra." I stares at here and was like I always get one I guess.
And see pictures below this is the monstrosity I paid $7 for. I could have made made this myself for idk a buck fifty.
I called back and the manager was a little short with me but said i can come back and get a refund and i told her i wouldnt be off til 7pm she said just hold on to the receipt. So it was my Friday and I get off at 7pm (after closing time). I came back Monday to redeem my sandwich made correctly or a refund and the girl told me I needed to return the sandwich. I said it's in the trash. I was not going to drive 30 miles to get a refund for a $6 sandwich on my day off. I told the manager the situation two days prior and she said it was fine so refund or replace.
The gir argued with me for idk how long but I seemed like 10 minutes.
No one there was willing to honor it. Terry at the 7th and Bell location has always held her employees accountable for errors. This location should learn that too.
I work in customer service for a lot of rich spoiled people, I'm not the type to get upset over somethING so minor, if it were handled in a professional way, which it wasnt. Like I said EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they mess up my order and like to lie and make me...
Read moreI wanted to give this place a try on March 1st 2025, but the long line almost made me reconsider. The morning shift around 9 a.m. was staffed mostly by girls and one guy. While the girls were very sweet, they definitely need additional training.I noticed several serious health code violations. None of the employees with long hair were wearing hairnets, which is a basic food safety requirement. The two girls making the bagels were handling food with gloves but also touching various surfaces the machine’s buttons, their clothes, even adjusting their hair all while wearing the same gloves. They never took them off or changed them. If you’re going to punch in numbers, at least use your knuckles instead of the same fingers handling food. As for my order, I asked for my bagel to be double toasted, but it wasn’t. They toasted the top part but forgot to toast the bottom. The wait time was also far too long, likely due to the staff’s inexperience.
While the employees were friendly, I’m not just looking for pleasant service I expect good service, where I don’t have to question whether my food is handled hygienically. Management really needs to reinforce proper food safety protocols and improve efficiency. With better training and attention to hygiene, this place could be great but for now, I can’t...
Read moreSlow and dirty, unmanaged. I am not reviewing the food as I'm sure everybody knows what Einstein fare is about. I went and when things were slow, they're only two other customers in the place. Still, I had to wait 10 minutes to get one bagel and during my weight went to get my coffee. The hazelnut coffee was ice cold and that was my favorite selection. I used an alternate choice and then when I went to get the half and half it was empty. I inform the staff about the shortcomings and during my entire meal, nobody came out to do anything.
Sitting down, I changed tables because mine was dirty and wobbled terribly, sling my coffee. A coffee cup lid had been shoved under one leg in an unsuccessful effort to stabilize it. As I looked around, I could not find a clean table in the entire restaurant. Everything was covered in crumbs and napkins.
Someone needs to be supervising the front of allthe house here. The food should be kept fresh and the seating areas cleaned and the floor swept. What I can't understand is t ttylhe lack of response duringy a &g9 slow business time to a direct notification that the food that people come in for is not available. Gi7gUntil then, I will stay away. There are other...
