Too bad they don't offer negative star ratings. I called because the motor was very loud. They charged me $254 for 2 $12 bearings between the service charge and labor. Still made noise and wasn't working properly so they told me I needed a new motor. I got a used one and it cost me another $350. I called again because now the water wasn't getting hot. After another service charge they said now I needed a whole new spa control. Another $1300 bill. Still not working properly and throwing codes. After a run around for over a week of them telling me to try different things that didn't work, I told them they needed to get out there. They said the motor I just bought was bad and 1 week out of warranty. If they came out when I first called I would have been within the warranty period but they dragged it out. After another service charge and $973 later I had another motor. They also don't tell you when they are coming so be prepared to waste your entire day if they even show up because they won't call you or give you a time. A $250 fix cost me $2861. I have never felt so ripped off. I called to speak to them about the charges and they couldn't care less. They quote you a price and leave out the service and labor charges so it comes as even more of a shock when you get your bill. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. I don't recommend them and will never use...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTook months for the hot tub to arrive, then had to clear 2 dates off the rental vacation property for installation because they were not ready the first time. They connected the hot tub and placed it in an area that was sure to do damage to the supporting deck. Stating that the power cord was too short to place the hot tub where it belonged. All they had to do was call and I or someone else would have done the minor task of adding on to the cord. I had to pay for emergency one day service to get the hot tub drained before it did damaged to the deck and disconnect everything they did, add on to the cord . then reconnect, fill the hot tub and place it in the correct position. I confronted them about their poor installation service and asked them to do the honest thing and not charge me for the botched installation job. When I got the bill nothing was deducted, when I called and paid my bill and asked about it they stated ā you were told that if the cord was too short we would place it in a different positionā. Which is an absolute lie Iāve done business with this store for years and spent thousands of dollars there. I have noticed that they have gone down hill over the years and seem to have an entitlement attitude. I will be looking for a different store when my next cabin comes on line this spring or when I need to...

Their customer service is second to none. Anytime Iāve made a mistake or needed help due to user error, theyāve been nothing but kind, responsive, and helpfulātruly the best service Iāve ever worked with in any industry.
A special shoutout to Kim, who usually answers the phone when I call. Sheās incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me out of several tight spots. Iām always grateful to hear her friendly voice on the line because I know Iām in good hands.
Just yesterday, I had a guest at a different property (not even using one of their hot tubs) having some issues. Even though the tub wasnāt purchased through them, they sent out a tech the same day and figured out the problem quickly. My guest felt taken care of, and I was beyond thankful for their fast response.
