We The People Trump Store and More — Local services in Pigeon Forge

Managers are very rude, unjust, & discriminatory. Place smells really weird in all locations. Managers are never there & leave employees to work 11 hour shifts without a single break, not scheduling them off for the days they say they will, they have no legal documentation of pay stubs for any employee at all. Manager Jenna says no employee at all should have a reason or a right to talk to the manager above all stores, Kyan. Not to mention, there is a LOT of favoritism toward males by a certain manager. They also have an employee still working that just had SEVERE contact with bed bugs so bad he thought they were hives. They haven’t quarantined him, the store, had an inspector go thru the store & his house, didn’t do the 30 day lay off protocol, none of that. Pretty weird? Right? But Jenna says she takes business VERY seriously. As in seriously, she means by picking on her employees anytime possible & not ever working in the store & sitting on her phone watching Netflix when she is. She has not given any employee their own employee handbook. She skims over it with them. Don’t recommend going in to the wears valley location, gatlinburg, or pigeon forge location as that employee that had contact with bed bugs is currently...

This is probably the best Trump store that I have ever been in! I spoke to the woman who worked here, and she was really polite, and we were talking about the other Trump stores that were in the area. I told her that this is my favorite one I have ever been in because of the variety of the items that she had in the store. We even found things here cheaper than other places that we had been in, like on Pigeon Forge Island, for example. There were a couple things too that I thought were a little overpriced like the dog clothes, however you can't put a price on being patriotic, I'll get myself to buy one of those dog dresses eventually.
