HERES AN IDEA !!!! WHO is behind all the shenanigans and mischief puzzle of your mini golf corse…. The unmasking of WHO OTHER THAN YOUR COMPETITOR !!! Hillbilly ! As in your fun competitor at hillbilly golf in Gatlinburg…. MAYBE you both could collaborate business together ! Customers who solve the riddle get a discount coupon for hillbilly golf…. and vice versa customers who play at hillbilly golf get a discount coupon for Scooby-Doo Mystery Scooby Doo Mystery Putt. MAYBE …. Just maybe Hillbilly golf would be willing to place a secret mystery hint box on both sides of their course. This in turn would bring BOTH of you more business. People may choose one place to play over the other, but you throw in a coupon at both locations, well then… it’s hard for people to turn down a coupon, so they play at both locations. Collaborate will bring both more business. And if you DID try to work together …. Generate revenue together….. fun fact, hillbilly golfs land was purchased in 1969 by the original owner Shelby Boyd ! The saaaame exact year Scooby doo launched season 1 ! In 1971, Hillbilly golf opened for business during season 2 of the newly introduced franchise of Scooby doo. I smell so much potential here…. That’s if you even considered to have a meeting and see if you could or would like to collaborate. This is just something I see as a potential revenue generator for more earned income. Not to take away from either business, but to generate more income and interest of putt putt in the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area. No matter what, my family and I will be there in November and look forward to playing at your awesome new 36...

I visited this business on November 15th around 11am. When we arrived there was no one inside the building at all, we proceeded to register and purchase our tickets and advised to wait 10 minutes and someone would come get us. My party went and sat on a bench and waited patiently while watching other guests come in and purchase their admission and go swarm the door to the course. Blocking employees and guests who were already there waiting from entering and exiting the building, which seems to be a fire hazard mind you! I spoke up to this group that we were there before them and waiting and they said they had no idea. While employees just stood at the counter looking dumb founded at the situation. There needs to be better communication on this piece and taking either a number or party name for employees to have and when someone comes to get them they know which party they are looking for!

We then proceeded to the course after the debacle which was a great course mind you! But as we are proceeding through the course the party behind us continued to putt on the same hole without waiting for their turn before putting. Even at one point a child hit the ball so hard knocking off the course and almost hit someone in our party! There needs to be a lot more organization...
