The experience started off well for us, getting two different custom suits for a wedding. We went in and went through the whole process of sizing and picking out all of the different fabrics and aspects of the suits. We were working with a woman who appeared to be the manager. Sheās was bat sh*t crazy but doing a well enough job with us. She told us it was going to be about 5 weeks for them to be made, which would have been about 3 weeks before the wedding. The suits came back after about a week and half however we could get them for another week or so. We called and spoke to her and she said to come in to try them on at a specific time in which she was going to be there. We confirmed with her that morning we were coming in and then went in, only to find she called out sick. Sorry.... We set up another appointment, and confirm. Again, no show on her part. We then asked to work with someone else to have them checked. When we walked in we had to interrupt an associate from watching a movie so werenāt to happy with working with anyone but her but we needed to try these suits on. We ended up working with the guy who we unfortunately had to take away from watching a movie. We tried on the suits and for both of us it was a major disappointment and huge cause of concern, both of our suits were so poorly made and sized that we almost started to hyperventilate. And thier signature touch embroidered inside was a joke, and they sewed the pockets shut. The suits were beyond tailoring and needed to be re done but I stated that beyxasw the experience was so painful, we were going to go some where else. They said fine but we werenāt getting any money back (1500$). After an hour of talking with some 16 year old, who had to call corporate, they finally returned our money. Please donāt shop here, so many other places that will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery poor customer service. Went for measurements, and they asked me my parties number. Told them I didn't know and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I said well it's under this name and they responded "oh ok yah no problem". They measured me and told me to come back a few weeks before the wedding.
Picked up months later. Tried on when I got home, pants were 8 sizes too big, jacket was far too big even though "slim fit". Called back to ask if I could come back to have it looked at. They said sure come on down. I revisited less than an hour later, same day. Immediately told me they couldn't do anything. I asked multiple questions will there and felt like they were annoyed with me. I'm sorry this isn't my profession and have questions. Would've been nice to know on the phone that nothing could be done about my suit size.
Went home and the groom asked me if I got my shirt. No, they didn't even tell me the shirt and ties were also ready for pickup. This was my first experience with men's warehouse, but will never visit this location again if I even use another...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUndecided at the moment. Waiting for my stuff, ok now I'm ready to comment on Men's Wear house. I think they have nice suits and accessories, yes. It was the costumer service that was very disappointing. The 2 different frat boys I had the displeasure of dealing with were absolutely rude and knew nothing about what they were selling. Nor did they care. We spent over 1000 dollars there and I wasn't even aloud to use the bathroom. I was really upset when the kid said to me , yes we have a bathroom out back, but my manager doesn't like when I let people use it. š. I just drove all the way from Boston in traffic and had to pee. Why would you tell a costumer in a jam to suffer while he's buying two suits? Total morons in their. I'll never go back to the Plymouth store. The I don't care attitude of one of the employees was...
