Unprofessional and Unwelcoming – Avoid This Boutique

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here warrants a warning to others. The service is shockingly poor. The woman who runs the boutique is dismissive, rude, and acts as though customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason her business exists.

Basic questions are met with attitude, and there's a clear lack of interest in helping or engaging with customers. Phone calls go unanswered, which seems to be standard practice — try calling yourself and see. It's hard to imagine how this place stays in business with this level of disregard for the people who walk through the door.

This is one of my daughters favorite places in the Old Port. We had a 5+ star experience in the spring when shopping, she found the perfect eighth grade dance dress. The woman working (possibly the owner?) Was fabulous!!!

At 5:55 she tried to duck in for a quick peruse since they were closing at 6:00. The woman working wouldn't allow her in. Quite surprised that they wouldn't want the business.
