When I originally went to this store I absolutely loved it. Their items are a little spendy but I always prefer quality over quantity when purchasing clothing. I bought a navy floral dress, a romper, and a black work shirt. The floral dress I was intending to wear for my white coat ceremony for medical school. I wore it for one other occasion and it has already fallen apart. I am not hard on my clothing and did not wash it. The hem of the dress is coming undone and another thread in the middle of the dress came loose as well. It will eventually have a massive hole right in the middle of the dress. I am really disappointed in the quality of the clothing at this store. They are very clear about their return policy. All clothing must have tag, receipt, and be returned within 7 days. I wish I could get a refund as I spent $60 on this dress. I would not recommend...

Terrible business! They won't allow returns cause you can buy anything from this store 50% CHEAPER online ... more specificly amazon! Tried to return cause my husband bought a few things and they flat out refused with the recipt and everything I perfect condition, my husband had purchased if the day before. The CC beanies are $12.00 on amazon they charge $26.99!!!! The scarfes are also $12.00 online they charged $32.95!!!! I understand business need to make money but these mark ups are RIDICOULOUS! And if you buy in bulk exactly from the manufacturer of these Chinese businesses (which is not fair market) they are looking pretty of at least a 70-80% mark up on their clothing.... ya thanks.. no thanks! Do yourself a favour save some money...

Went with a friend. She got a gift & there was a broken zipper. She had tags & receipt. They insinuated she must have broken it. We noticed it as she was opening her gift. The person who bought it feels bad because she gave a friend a defective gift & couldn't get another item hoping this one would be good, but no credit, $0 return on an obviously defective product. You lost 3 customers, the buyer, the recipient of said item & me. Looking at other reviews looks like other customers had problems. I buy a lot of clothing & accessories, i would have spent $200 or more monthly. Oh well, I'll find...
