I've been shopping here for a couple of years now. I used to think this was just another 'bougie' store on NW 23rd since there are plenty of those. I'll admit the customer service wasn't so warm or welcoming a few years ago. But over the last two years, I've had nothing but stellar experiences shopping or frequently just windowshopping here. Max and Paul are both wonderful to work with. They go out of their way to find the perfect selections and they let me shop without putting pressure on me to purchase anything. My husband and I had the best experience here on Friday May 24th. We both found several pieces that fit us perfectly. The shop attendant was a joy to be around - the perfect blend of helpfulness and not hovering. They gave us great recommendations, they were kind and funny. They even helped my husband find, order and ship a piece they didn’t have in stock at this store and it’s already arrived. We live really rurally so shopping for clothing in an actual store rather than ordering online is a rare treat. Terrible customer service. Came specifically to try on things for size and was told that the store was closed because they didn’t have Wi-Fi access. When I explained that I just wanted to try on things for size so I could order online I was greeted with the same response. Employee in the store was seated eating a bagel and talked to me through a closed door through which I could barely hear what he was saying.
