Title Nine — Local services in Portland

Had a lovely experience here this afternoon. Was greeted as I walked in, but not aggressively. I kept browsing. When I asked for assistance with specific items, I got exactly the info I needed. I took 5 or 6 items into the fitting room, decided to buy 3. It was post-holiday sale pricing, so I felt like it was a good deal. I know I'll be wearing these items often. Every member of the staff was someone I think I'd enjoy having a beer with, lol, in addition to being good at their jobs. What more can you ask for from a spur of the moment weekday...

Visited from out of town. Called ahead for hours. They said they'd be open until 5 on Sunday. I drove over at 3 and they were closed for the day. The "computer was down" but they promised to make it right. My flight was the next morning and it was literally my only chance to get to try on clothing from my favorite brand rather than order from the catalog and online.

Still waiting for them to...

Excellent customer service. I walked to check sizes and looked for some online items I liked. Lucked into the sale (that was online) with an additional 20% off! What's not to love here? Bummed the Stevie sweater wasn't there and got a great jacket that I had been eyeing along with a beautiful flannel shirt. Seriously excellent customer service....
