Rarely in my takeout dining experiences do I come across a place that hits every mark with the level of consistency and quality like Bibi. I tried this place once and immediately returned for the next 3 out of 4 days for good reason. Every dish is made with care and expertise, the ingredients come to life magically and although its takeout you can tell that even the presentation of the meal is put together with care and kindness no matter how busy they may be.
Only thing better than the food is the customer service. Very friendly and courteous and always aware of the next customer walking through the door making sure everyone gets taken care of in a timely manner even when there is a line of people waiting for their order to be ready.
Bibi 2 go will be the place for YOU even if you despise Korean food which is almost next to impossible and there is no doubt you will find the right menu item for your particular palate. Personally the Cup Bap is to die for but that being said I have enjoyed everything else almost just much.
All in all Bibi 2 Go is the...
Read more02/17/2022 The food here has a deeper and richer flavor than any other fine Korean restaurant.✨ We had japchae and sundubu.🤤 Definitely one of the best places to eat Korean food, except that you can't eat in.😊👍 03/18/2025 (Tue) "This is a small restaurant, and the last time I visited was after the pandemic. At that time, there were only counter seats and no tables, so I assumed it was a takeout-only place and hadn’t been back since. But when I visited again after a long time, I found that they now have about 5-6 tables for dine-in. The name has changed from bibi2go to bibim, but the menu and management seem to be the same. This time, we ordered oden and japchae. The oden used to be just like traditional Japanese oden, but this time, it was more like a ramen-style soup oden, which was a bit disappointing. I’d like to try other dishes next time. 😊✨ The japchae was served as Japchae Bop with rice, and the noodles had a nice chewy texture—it was delicious. However, I thought it would be great if there were an option to order japchae without...
Read moreThe cup bap (large) (with spicy pork) is my favorite meal in Portland (and indeed in the world). Every time I order it I think “oh I’m gonna love this” and then every time I eat it I am “HOLY MOLY THIS IS HEAVEN.” My normal order is two of those plus a couple random things on the menu (I eat twice as much as a normal person, and I also reheat the day after) like maybe a ramen and/or a kimbap and/or an oyakodonburi (they call it a donburi w/ chicken). Maybe some kimchi, maybe some gyoza. It’s all so good. The only thing I love more than this food is the smiles of the people serving it. Esther hands me my food and I melt. Her smile is the best that has ever existed in this world. The woman who I assume is her mom smiles and waves at me from the back as if I’m her son. My love for this restaurant is embarrassing. I’m not someone who leaves reviews for places but this is literally The Best Place. Get a cup bap with spicy pork. Do it right now, and just demolish it the second you see it. I have never had better food...
