My wifes account, but here it is: I've been taking classes from Master Gao Jaimin, Yu Shaowen, and the masters they have brought in, like Master Xia, for 9 years. They are world class. I started at 33 and weighed 300 pounds, I am now a black belt. I'm still the biggest student, and among the oldest, but am learning legit, traditional wushu from incredible masters. My point is, if you have any doubt, if I can do it, so can you. Beyond that, you will become a part of a community. I am very glad to have found this school. The school is well organized and the instructions are clear and helpful. The masters are professional, yet patient, and push the students to improve. When my child started going to this school, he was unenthusiastic about wushu.
