Went here for a return, when I went I realized I couldn't get my money back due to the tags--that I had with me in person--being disattached from the bras, when they explained I completely understood. One of the bras with a disattached tag had a misplaced tag, keep in mind i've never bought bras before from VS and left the bras in the bag, and they began to question me despite me attempting to explain how I truly do not know how that is possible because I simply just grabbed a bra in my size, and if they wanted to they could look at the cameras. Then, an employee got her manager and he, whose name is probably Rafael, was extremely rude and was obviously interrogating me and accusing me of being a scammer. He then brought another girl who was accusing me as well and they both began to gang up on me, a 16 year old, when their number 1 priority is listen to the customer--which they didn't--and began to embarrass me in front of everyone despite me trying to explain that I had just went there YESTERDAY and simply bought some bras. They were accusing me despite me having ALL tags, the receipt, and bras in excellent condition. Ended up crying. Unprofessional and felt...

this store is HORRID! disgusting! I had the inconvenience of walking into this store and experiencing the worst customer service experience. When asked for help, nobody seemed to care to help me out, which is their job. But apparently, not even the manager knows how to do his job correctly! This is my experience every single time I enter, and i’ve tried to give this location another chance, but i’ve had enough. The store is always dusty, and more than once i’ve seen bugs in the corner while I was shopping here. I am finally DONE with this location, and I ask that whoever reads this does themselves a favor and looks the other way. If anything, try the Warwick VS, as they’ll give you an experience that will make you at least feel like you deserve human decency. I went in for a fitting and she did so but the bra was way too big. She then had me try on another size that was also too big. I requested a slightly smaller specific size and she did not accommodate me, thus, she never gave me the correct size. I was then to meet someone in a different room to pick out potential bras and bring them back. to the dressing room. I guess she did not want to walk. This is VERY, VERY different from my experience at Garden City where they were amazing and I spent money. Providence is just awful. I then tried to pay my credit card bill. The woman at the cash register was very snippy and advised me to just mail the bill in. Okay, but no need to be snippy about it. I walked out. Never to go back to that Providence...
