This is specifically for the ice cream. I have celiacs and I wanted ice cream, so we stopped here. I went in and got the butter pecan with sprinkles. I had asked after a young lady had already scooped my ice cream if they use different scoops for each ice cream and they do. However, a woman washed the ice cream scoop, opened a new ice cream AND went and opened a new sprinkles just for me. I haven’t felt so special at an ice cream place. She took such good care of me and understood what could happen if I ingested any gluten. Also the butter pecan ice cream, I looked at the ingredients on the lid and was blown away with the simplicity and no crappy extra ingredients. My Husband on the other hand LOVES the beer and food. Literally the worst experience ever, I would rate 0 stars if I could. Me and my family went out to get some ice cream before we left. We went in at 5 o'clock and didn't get our ice cream till 5:38!. There was one guy working the station but he spent 15 minutes scooping ice cream for the same shake! By the time we got our ice cream we had already missed our fairee at 5:30 and had to rush to make the 6:00 o'clock one (which was the last one we could take cause we were in a vehicle). I complained to the manager who was on at the time, and I let him know that we shouldn't have had to wait almost 40 minutes for 3 cones of ice cream. Like anywhere else in PIB there is a great indoor/ outdoor vibe, there's good German beer on draft and a wide selection of local and favorites in cans with, I'm told, an upcoming local tap as well. The food is great with more than one upscale offering and is delivered fast.
