I really wanted to support this local business, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I visited the shop in May and spent several hundred dollars on four “permanent” bracelets and a gold necklace that was recommended to layer with another piece I had. Since then, two of the four bracelets have already broken off and been lost, and the necklace has tarnished badly — in under six months.

To make matters worse, I was overcharged at checkout, and when I went back to inquire, I was told I’d receive a refund. That refund never happened, and after following up multiple times and getting no resolution, I gave up trying.

I truly regret spending my money here and will not be returning. It’s disappointing, especially because I initially came in wanting to support a small business. But between the poor product quality, lack of accountability, and unresolved refund issue, I can’t recommend this...

I stumbled upon this lovely jewelry store. They have permanent bracelets, a hat bar, charms and trucker hats. My husband and I were strolling through maker's alley after having brunch at good graces and I walked into the store. First, I absolutely love the horse saddle they have as a decoration. I was greeted when I first walked in but they also did not try to hard sell me (which I do not like). I ended up getting a charm bracelet. My husband asked what permanent jewelry is and they were very gracious and explained it to him. It is a lovely store and plan to return with some girlfriends. I scheduled a large group to come into the shop to design bracelets, jewelry, and to shop. We had an ABSOLUTE blast. Picking out charms and decorations for our accessories was fun, different, and best of all, an event NOT centered around drinking, which is sometimes hard to do. The owner, as well as the folks working that day, were really helpful, and I cannot wait to go back with my nieces! It's a bit pricy, but that's totally understandable given the quality of the jewelry and items...
