A work in progress. I took my 2 boys for a birthday. We bought gloves there for$2 each and they were very comfortable to wear. It was nice to see the extra safety protection being issued. A little expensive for a one hour session but we did have a lot of fun. While we raced together, it wasn't really a race. You know you win overall by the fastest lap recorded. Each of their 4 seats were just a little different, especially in regards to shifting. My car kept glitching and had to be reset. We did not have any time adjusted to our session for that lost time racing. We'll probably let the kids go again, just not a regular thing. A groupon would be great for this! We came for my husband’s birthday with family. And the guy who works there was very rude. He said you have to step out RIGHT NOW because it’s all reserve and he said it in a very rude manner he even pointed on door with his hand. I was shocked how we were treated in this place for doing nothing. Very disappointing. Not recommending this place because of this rude, unrespectful guy. I don’t understand how he can work in customer service if he can’t respect people and nicely tell people when it’s all reserve. We asked him when we can come back, and he said in a hour but even then it will be busy, so looked like he didn’t want us to come back. He needs to find a new job where he is not working with people! This place was really fun for a sim experience! Most other places I’ve gone have static chairs and basic wheels, but these guys went above and beyond with their moving rigs, F1 wheels, and direct drive resistance. The chairs were comfortable (which is better than an actual F4 car, and the wheel was great to grip. I played with manual transmission on a 2023 Aston Martin car around Red Bull Ring, and an F2007 around Spa-Francorchamps. The customer service was awesome, and he enabled ABS and Traction Control when I requested it. My grandma went on a street car, around the same tracks as me, and she also had fun! 10/10,...
