If you are looking for KBBQ with high quality meat, authentic Korean dishes, and tasty banchan, #K-Street KBBQ is the spot for you! Our party of 4 made reservations in advance so we were seated right away when we arrived. The restaurant was lively and filled with customers which is always a good sign, especially on a Wednesday night. Our group was hungry so we ordered a lot of food. We got: Corn Cheese, Haemul Pajun (Seafood Pancake), Yukhoe (Raw Marinated Beef Tartare), Dwaeji Gukbap (Grandma's Pig Bone Soup), and the Mix Combo - Small. Everything was DELICIOUS, and we had more than enough food for the 4 of us. Corn Cheese - a classic at KBBQ; a little sweet, a little cheesy, you just can't go wrong! Haemul Pajun - I have to get seafood pancake whenever I go out for Korean food and #K-Street nailed it! The pancake was perfectly crispy, had the right dough to seafood ratio, and came with a yummy sauce. It has become my favorite seafood pancake of all Korean restaurants, and I've tried a lot!! Yukhoe - I was so excited to try this dish because I love tartare and boy, did #K-Street deliver! The marinated beef in the tartare was beautifully flavored and it was the perfect temperature. The raw beef mixed with the egg yolk, cucumber, and Asian pear was *chef's kiss*. I found it to be a really unique offering as I don't often see yukhoe at other Korean restaurants! Dwaeji Gukbap - They call it Grandma's Pig Bone Soup for a reason. When you take a sip, it feels like you're sitting in grandma's kitchen as she hovers over the stove, crafting her stews and telling you to eat more. The soup is comforting and rich in flavor. I loved eating it alongside a bowl of white rice. This is a must when you go to #K-Street! Mix Combo - I was honestly shocked when our server put the platter of meat down on our table because 1) it was beautiful and 2) she said it was a size small. There is nothing small about this platter! All of the beef had beautiful marbling, and you could tell that all of the meat was fresh and high quality. This was even more apparent after grilling and eating it. The King Prime Short Rib was my favorite cut! Our servers were nice and attentive throughout the evening, and service was pretty prompt. They frequently changed out our grill plates and refilled banchan as needed. I appreciated that K-pop was playing in the background to match the restaurant's vibes. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I can't wait to go back to #K-Street. They are officially my go-to KBBQ spot and I can't wait to try new dishes the next time I go!

K-Street KBBQ in Redmond, WA, offers an enjoyable dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere and a variety of delicious Korean BBQ options. The restaurant features an open and airy layout with multiple seating areas, enhancing the overall dining experience. The presence of K-Pop stars on the TV screens adds to the lively ambiance, making it a fun place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

The menu is extensive and includes several combo options. We opted for a mix of beef and pork, which is essential for any good Korean BBQ experience. The banchan (side dishes) served at K-Street are particularly noteworthy, featuring a selection that includes thinly sliced pickled radish, fish cake, pickled onion, kimchi, pasta salad, seaweed salad, and cucumber. The pasta salad, made with imitation crab, peas, and a touch of onion, was especially praised for its flavor, while the fish cake was a favorite with my son. However, the seaweed salad did not meet the same praise.

The small combo, priced at $125, was ample for three people, offering a generous assortment of meats such as ribeye, brisket, short ribs, pork belly, pork jowl, and pork shoulder. All dishes were well-prepared and presented, making the table-side BBQ experience enjoyable.

Among the highlights were the seafood pancake (Haemul-pajeon) and the fried chicken, with the fried chicken receiving kudos for its perfect crispiness. The take-home options were also impressive, with vacuum-sealed packaging for the soondubu and banchan.

Overall, K-Street KBBQ is a restaurant worth revisiting, especially for those who appreciate authentic Korean cuisine. The combination of delicious food, a fun atmosphere, and excellent service makes it a standout choice in Redmond Town Center. We will be going back soon to explore more menu items, particularly the jjigaes and bulgogis, which speaks to the...

This is an absolute gem for kbbq enthusiasts! The meat is really high quality and tender at a very reasonable price. What sets them apart is their inclusion of rice paper (update: they no longer have rice paper, but the banchan is still great), perfect for wrapping the meat, any banchan and then soaking up any sauce to create the juiciest bite I've ever had at kbbq. I had the small mixed combo, steamed eggs, soondubu (soft tofu soup), and the must try seafood pancake. That was more than enough to fill 4 people hungry people and I had left overs for another meal.

The soondubu was full of flavor and actually spicier than I anticipated, but still delicious. The steamed eggs were piping hot and fluffy. They didn't last too long at my table. The seafood pancake was the best I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, yet delightfully thick and loaded with generous portions of seafood. I actually don't understand how they make it crispy throughout such a thick pancake.

Service at K Street is solid. They're attentive without being intrusive. They switched out our grills before they get too messy without us needing to ask. They promptly bring any banchan you might have ran out of. Speaking of which, the ban chan had the perfect flavor to enhance the already mouthwatering meat.

The vibes of the restaurant was nice and casual. Definitely a great time for eating with friends and having a drink or two. You can tell they really care about the presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Lastly, I was very impressed that they had a halal section of the menu. This inclusive touch really shows how much the owner cares about other cultures and their passion to cultivate a dinning experience that should be enjoyed by everyone.

I highly recommend K Street and will be coming back soon. The best kbbq...
