Any AV shop will cater to your needs if your budget is right. All AV shops can make you feel welcomed if you are spending a huge amount of money. Burt has helped me when I was spending a single digit % of his suggested budget on an item the exact same as when I was spending more than what he suggested! I have felt like an extremely valued customer through every interaction with Burt, regardless of what I needed or what I was spending.

Burt has spent time helping me debug problems AFTER the purchase was complete on a new use case I had and just generally is fantastic.

I’m a newbie and I know nothing about hifi audio. The gear choice was all made by Burt ‘Goodman’ from Seattle Hi-Fi I just went with his advice. This isn’t a promotional post but the experience was unique. No nonsense, humble, respectful and most importantly empathy. I wanted to go crazy and Burt pulled me back(😋) and gave me what I need. My setup - Qobuz and Apple hi-res music played through EverSolo DAC which is connected to Hagel 400 and played through Martin Logan Motion F100 + REL 9tx Subwoofer. ( Eversolo was my own creativity despite Burt warning me that Hagel has the best DAC and also Martin Logans). ( Doesn’t matter where you are in US, give a call to Burt. Burt is simply amazing! Excellent customer service, easy to work with, and you can tell he loves what he does. He is not about selling but making sure you get the system that fits your need and taste. In fact, when I first called him regarding my need, he provided his honest opinion and referred me to a brand that he doesn't even carry or sell. I ended up going back to him with more discussion, loaning various speakers and systems to find the best match. On top of all the experiences, Burt provides reasonable pricing in the market to take care of his customer. No shop in the area can beat this.
