I used to be a big OT fan when it was in Factoria, so when I saw it had opened in Redmond, I was excited to revisit it. My wife suggested Chipotle for dinner and I said let’s try OT. When we ordered, the large male cashier seemed put out by my wife asking if the corn tortillas were gluten free, he was short with her and kind of joked about her questions. In the middle of taking our order, he stops us and walks back to the phone in the kitchen to answer it. I’m asking myself, is that phone call more important than finishing collecting our order and there were several kitchen staff that could have answered the call. Anyhow, My wife has had some digestive issues and needs to be careful about what she eats so she does ask questions about how things are prepared and what they contain. During our order my wife was asked if she wanted rice and beans and she said yes. When our food arrived outside where we sat, the person called out a name that was not ours, and then recited what the order was and we said that it was probably our (this leads to my point that the cashier didn’t listen to us) with the order on the table my wife points out that there were no rice and beans, so I go back inside and mention it to the younger female that is now working the cashier. Big guy over hears and starts protesting that she (my wife) didn’t order the rice and beans. At this point I’m ready to engage as I stayed quiet when he was rude earlier, and I tell him to pull up the order and let’s look at the receipt. The receipt does not show that we paid for the R&B but it’s not a money thing for Me now I just want to light this guy up for being rude twice now. Anyhow the burrito lacked flavor, was full of clumpy white rice, my wife left the salmon on the plate along with the rice and beans. A poorly spent $35. This place is 2 blocks from where I work and I would love to have had it be a go to, but I won’t go back. Hope...

We came here around lunch time on a weekday, and there was only one group dining. We placed the order at the counter, then got a seat by the window. We ordered the grilled chicken plate for $16.99 and the grilled steak burrito grande for $18.99. They also gave us two small bags of chips on the house that came with the meal.
There is a salad bar with fresh del dia salsa, fresh tomatillo salsa, fresh habanero salsa, fresh corn/pineapple, and fresh pico de Gallo. My husband likes to mix del dia salsa with pico de Gallo. I enjoyed the corn a lot and took some home too. They have small containers for you to take small portions back.
The grilled chicken plate comes with cooked veggies, grilled chicken, black bean, sour cream, pico de Gallo and 2 small wheat tortilla. My husband's burrito grande looks more appetizing as his comes with guacamole, fresh lettuce, steak burrito, sour cream and pico de Gallo. His steak burrito was also covered in cheese. The food taste on par with other Mexican places, and portion is large like other Mexican places too. We got a to go box to take leftover back.
They were playing Mexican music the whole time, so I quite enjoyed the vibe. When we left, the restaurant was about 60% full. It's a nice spot, but nothing was that special here and it's not super close to us, so it's unlikely for me to...
Read moreBy all appearances, I questioned this restaurant. I work nearby and had never seen it busy as I walked past on my lunch time. We were given a gift card so we tried it out. Friday night about 6:30pm, we would be the 4th sit down couple in the place. We were greeted by the guy behind the counter, who gave us a general rundown of the menu on the wall, the drinks available (sangria and other alcoholic beverages as well), and the incredible fresh salsa bar. Mind you, this is a tex-mex flavor, not tradional mexican, but wow! The generous portions compared to the price, was more than I could eat, and I purposely didn't fill up on the chips and salsa. Don't let my comments mislead you. The people coming for take out were nonstop. A constant stream of people coming for their meals to go. If they were coming for a sit down meal, there'd have been a line down the street and around the corner! I had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, my husband had fish tacos. I think the rice could have been more seasoned, but with all the salsa choices to alter to your personal liking, it was great! Another bonus...they have most of the menu gluten free! That's a major win for a celiac! I definitely recommend this place! The guy behind the counter will make you feel appreciated...
