Soma — Local services in Redmond

I've never really had issues with anything at soma until the last year and I've been a customer for at least 5+ years. I came in last summer to buy new bras and they were beautiful... they fit perfectly and I was very happy. 6 mo ths later the straps broke due to a design flaw.

I went to have them replaced online first and they refused to replace them even at a discount for 2 lemon products. Then decided to go back to the store I bought them from and they told me its beyond the warranty date and I'd just have to pay for two new bras.

So, I did.

6 months later the bras have broken again in the exact same spot and again are beyond the warranty date so soma will not replace them. $100+ down the drain.

Soma products used to be high quality and never had issues at all. Bras at this price point should last at least a year or two... the bras I buy from competitors last 3+ years at similar price points.

Never buying bras at soma again. Huge waste of money when there are better...

Excellent staff willing to help find the right size and also put the bra on if you need help(for tricky items like strapless). Willing to be patient with people who don't know what they want/need (like I was when I first went). Quality product and super friendly staff for middling price. They have tons of sales all the time so $50 bras are frequently only $30. Also great return policy that allows you to go home with the bra and wear it for a few days. Highly recommend. I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere...

Love this store! Always positive experience and helpful staff. I purchased a bra online and came in to pick it up, the associate lady told me that they actually have discounts going on and I ended up getting 2 bras instead of one for almost the same price. That is why I keep coming back. The service and of course the product is great too. Awesome...
