Management is really worst in this community. They don’t know how to interact with a resident. I went to office in regards to discuss an issue related to my car and was questioning them with the valid questions. Instead of answering the questions triggered by me they literally said to get out of the office and I really felt bad on this behavior from them. Coming to the issue what was happened to me: My car got struck in the snow in the entrance of the community driveway. At that moment I was unable to find any towing company. So I have turned on emergency light and make sure that other vehicles can pass by and locked my car and walked to leasing office. In the office I have informed the situation that I got struck in the entrance of the community driveway and I was unable to locate any towing company. That lady with whom I have spoken said yeah it’s ok and she said we can’t do anything till the whether conditions get better. I have asked her is it safe to leave it over there and she said yeah you are completely fine and moreover she said that if she is in my place she will be doing the same. Upon trusting her words I left my car over there and after two hours when I went back to check my car and it was towed away in regards to the complaint given by the leasing office. So I have been waiting till next day morning to ask the leasing guys about my car. So when I walked into the office this lady was there and I questioned her saying I am unable to locate my car. She replied saying that it was been towed away. I have asked her didn’t I informed her regarding my car when I got struck. She said yes you informed me. I have questioned her saying “as a responsible resident didn’t I came to office and explained my situation and requested you to place a caution sign”. She replied yes. So I have asked her don’t you have responsibility to inform me before towing my car. She literally said don’t create scene in the office and said me to get out of office in front of 4 other strangers who are waiting for her. Really guys I have no option right now as I have struck here till August 2019. But I recommend you to think twice before deciding to come in. You can have the worst experience ever in your life. Thank you all but I am really sad even after being so reponsible I got insulted with these guys and in return I need to pay 353.10$ towards the...

Their response is a front, they have no intentions of making anything right. They just post a response to make it look like they are concerned. This is not a good company, the Community isn't anything special either.
I lived here for two years, the unit was in pretty rough shape when I moved in. I have pictures from the day I moved in, and the punch out list that I have Chris in the leasing office on the day I moved in.
They were just OK until I had turned in my notice to vacate. I tried to work with the leasing office to make sure I did everything they wanted to turn the property over to them in as good of shape as it had been handed over to me. They didn't seem to have an interest in letting me know what they needed from me at move out.
On my last day I went to the leasing office and requested that Jessica or another rep come walk my unit with me. Jessica's reaction was a clear sign I would never see my $2500~ deposit. She got visibly upset and said I'm trying to cause problems! I was attempting to avoid problems!
I have video from both my move in and my move out.
I heard nothing from the leasing office or corporate, then I started getting calls from a collection agency stating I owed them money. The Community had my forwarding address as well as the post office and I was never contacted before the collection agency.
I should have had a refund, instead I got a bill, and a bill that had already affected my credit for no reason due to never reaching out to me.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this deceitful community.
Odds are good they will take anything they can from you and count on you not doing anything about it except wash your hands of them.
I will update this...
Read moreBe aware the current management tacks on unexpected charges when you move out. They hit me for a 'painting fee' even though I lived there only a year, single guy, barely hung a picture, nothing beyond normal wear and tear. If you question the charge, they explain that they 'pro-rate' their routine painting schedule and so you pay regardless. As I read the State rental laws, this type of behavior is completely illegal but they do it anyway. If you refuse to pay they send you to collections. Save yourself the trouble and rent from someone reputable. (EDIT) RE:Response from Owner- I had multiple conversations with Jessica the leasing agent who explained that Gates of Redmond was going to charge me whatever they wanted and it didn't matter if I liked it or not. I attempted thru multiple calls, letters, emails to resolve this and even to split the cost - to no avail. Again these charges were never disclosed or specified in the lease, they just "appeared" when I moved out.
NOTE: even though I disputed the bogus charge with multiple calls to the management offering to compromise and in good faith paid all but the $150 in dispute, these fine folks sent me to collection and even though I disputed the charges with them, it dinged my credit score by about 50 points. These people are evil. DO NOT...
