Previous Review:
The food has always been good when it is busy, which tends to happen on sunny days. Once traffic slows down the chicken will sit. Wait for someone to break the seal, then get behind a minivan. Open the honey and butter packets before your even leave the drive thru and set them someplace safe. You will never get them open after touching anything in that bag. Otherwise you will forget. Trust me.
Oh, and don't trust the seal on the Pepsi. The sealer doesn't seal well, which isn't a big deal. It was the only problem with my meal, which was still a good deal.
That cup of Pepsi with the "sealed" lid isn't like a buble tea container. You can throw a bubble tea in your glove box or trunk and at the end of a drift competition it will still be sealed. Do not squeeze that Pepsi any harder than you would if it had a normal lid. There will be pop everywhere. You might as well remove your interior and enter a drift competition once...
Read moreToday, I placed an online order at 6:20 pm, at 6:50 Pm the app said it was ready for pickup. When I got in the order was not even started. Got it finally at 7:27 pm. More than hour. On top of that the order was wrong, ordered 3 of the 2 mini sandwich combos 3 x 2 = 6 sandwiches instead I got 1 per combo (half of them). Asked for 3 fries (got 2 instead) and 1 biscuit. And was not just me, there were many other customers with similar problems.
When an order says ready to pick-up, it should be actually ready for pickup.
For another customer while I was waiting, his online order was picked by another person after waiting for more than 40 mins, then the KFC employee said to him that was already served and cannot do anything, the customer of course complained. Then another employee decided to put a new order for him but told the customer he would need to wait again because there were many orders ahead. The customer decided to leave, lost his money and didn't get the food. Why they do not confirm that an order is picked by the right person? Would avoid these problems.
Horrible customer service. Will never go back to this Redmond location....
Read moreThe odds of getting your order wrong are higher than getting it right at this KFC. I don't know what's going on, but if it isn't the small things like leaving out the sauce that you ordered with your food or missing a random small item, it's swapping out everything you ordered for something completely random or not propagating directions through the app correctly so that the delivery driver then drops it off at some random other house (and then when you try to get your money back because you never received your food, they end up having to try and battle it out with Door Dash and just straight up never refund you).
I can only imagine when they swap out random stuff in place of what I ordered it's because they've run out of supplies. But if that were the case, then can't you just cancel or refund the order instead??? Or better yet, have a functioning app that prevents you from ordering something you can't fulfill in the first place — you know, like every other restaurant chain that exists with an app!?
No, I don't want fried chicken randomly when I ordered a chicken sandwich. I want the damn chicken sandwich or I want...
