This review is well overdue. Earlier this year, my mother passed away (she was Filipina), and it was important to me and my sister that we had Filipino food for the reception after my mom's funeral. Therese and her family agreed to cater my mother's celebration of life at the last minute all the way to Carson Valley, and we were incredibly grateful! The food was excellent: a delicious mix of Filipino classics like lumpia and lechon kawali--all made in a food truck! We were all impressed especially the Filipino side of my family! Therese and her husband were professional and completely understanding especially since my sister and I had to put this together at the last minute. We will always remember their kindness, big hearts and their talent for Filipino cuisine....
