Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Richfield

So... I was in town for a training and decided to order something to eat by one of the nearest Chipotle near my hotel. I ordered by food online for delivery, and when I proceeded to check out they had me re-do my order because they were out of burrito bowls. I had to change my order, so then I decided to go with a burrito, once again that was out as well. So I had to settle for a protein bowl. After placing my order and paid, I waited for my food delivery to come in. At first my ETA was set at 6:10- 6:20pm which was fine, as I had placed my order at 5:40pm after a while I seen my ETA then go up to 6:40pm, after a while once again the ETA went up again to 6:47pm. At this point it had been a little over an hour since I had placed my order, so I decided to call the restaurant to speak with someone about my order and the ever changing ETA. The phone rang and rang with no one picking up the phone and then after a while it stopped ringing and disconnected. I had called the restaurant 6 times and never got to speak with a person in regards to my order and the ever increasing ETA for my delivery. Finally at 7:13pm, the driver FINALLY showed up with my order, the bag partially opened and looked like it had been tampered with. It was absolutely insane that after placing my order I received my food an hour and 27 minutes later. Needless to say, I definitely will NOT be ordering from this location again as far as I am concerned they have VERY poor customer service and have ZERO interest in answering their phones as customer may be calling to inquire about their food. I ordered delivery for a party of 8 (a fairly regular occurrence), for dinner. I received only half the order. I reached out to see what could be done. I was routed through 2 different agents. Only to find out the only remedy I would receive was a refund on the missing items. I'm now stuck with half of a meal for 8 people, it's Friday night and any other order is going to take twice as long. I expected Chipotle to apologize and send the rest of my order. I didn't expect a refund, but if that was what they were going to do. The least they could have done is refund the other 4 items for the inconvenience of having to deal with putting me and my party out. Instead they literally messed up and left me holding the bag, and having to clean up the mess.

I wound up having to wait an hour and 40 minutes for the pizza(from the other delivery) to arrive to feed the rest of the party.

If you have another option, I would go elsewhere.

EDIT: I gave Chipotle every opportunity to help me the night this happened, and Chipotle left me to deal with the mess it caused. NO, I stand by my review. If given the opportunity between going here, and going hungry I would choose to go hungry. Chipotle treats it's customers poorly and literally doesn't...

I have had good experiences here before but this time it was horrible. We ordered online but for some reason it wasn't working. Then we called them and they didn't answer. Then we tried getting it off GrubHub which costs more but not even that was working. Now we haven't gotten Chipotle yet and we might not even but I will update. Also every single time we've ordered they always mess up the order.

Update: We did get our Chipotle but it hasn't arrived yet so I will update one more time. In the process we also had to try ordering from other nearby Chipotles which didn't work. And we had to try a second credit card that we don't usually use when ordering food but it finally worked. Sadly we ended up tipping them 20% which they didn't earn but whatever. And after an hour of attempts to order food we have to wait 23-38 minutes to our food to arrive which I know is normal-ish but it's still annoying to have to wait that much longer.

Update: I'm going to give them a 2 star rating because we we're lucky this time and they actually got are order right but it still took more like 50 minutes for the food to get to our house. So overall very unsatisfied. I'd say 1/4 times they get the order wrong so yeah just don't find this the...
