I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats, I work for that company every single day, and sometimes my mother, 9 year old, and 10 year old little brothers tag along. I had to pick up an order at this location so everyone who was with me went inside to use the bathroom and to get something to drink. My little brothers brought in their own LITTLE cups and started to get something to drink. An older, short, and crabby woman immediately RAN over to IMMEDIATELY start screaming and pointing at them saying that they can't do that and must pour it out while bring less than 8 inches from there face. My 9 year old special needs brother started crying and was unbelievably embarrassed because of how she acted. She never talked to my mom nor me first but only to the 9 & 10 year old. As a delivery driver, we have never been screamed at for getting a drink ESPECIALLY at a 9 & 10 year old. Was forced to pay for 2 large drinks even though they brought their own cups. Multiple separate guests even complained about how she acted and how absolutely ridiculous she was. This was absolutely disgusting behavior to children, and I hope nobody has to experience the same situation as we did. I will NEVER come here again, and I hope nobody...
Read moreI demanded a refund after watching the restaurant manager take two calls on his personal cell phone and slip the phone back in his pocket while preparing food without changing his gloves! He is contaminating food prep surfaces, fresh ingredients and risking the health and safety of every customer in that restaurant. He is also setting a very dangerous example for his staff! Cell phones contain 25,127 bacteria per square inch not to mention we are still in the midst of a pandemic. When confronted, his excuse was that he “forgot” he said this before asking if “I could see how busy his restaurant was?” There is NO EXCUSE for breaking food safety protocol! He needs to take a MN Department of Health food safety class to understand exactly what is at stake when he neglects basic sanitation procedures. Shameful! I will never eat...
Read moreI would leave a 0 star rating if I could. I stood in the pick up line for 30 minutes (and counting, as I write this) to pick up a DoorDash order. I inspected many of the orders that were left under the pick up sign and told that none of those were DoorDash. When I showed (two) employees the orders I was waiting on, they acknowledged me and did nothing to prepare the orders. I saw one lady throw away 3 burgers she had made before I got either of the orders I was supposed to pick up. 3 employees acknowledged me and didn’t do anything to prepare the order until a manager came out, and she’s been working on milkshakes. I was supposed to have an order delivered 5 minutes ago, and still haven’t even picked up the order yet. Poor service, even poorer staff.
