Lane Bryant — Local services in Riverdale

On 03/05/2016 about noon when I went into do some shopping and when I got ready to leave and got profiled me as shop lefter by the one the employee. I was looking for couple of thing to buy. But couldn't find what I was looking for. When she stop me she said the alarm went off when I was leaving the store. When I went through the doors the alarm did not go off. I was right in front of the doors when she stopped me. She make open my purse searched it. This was every embarrassing for me. All I end up doing was window shopping. Wished got the girls name she had long by blonde hair. I was in the store about noon. This person didn't even offer any help and greeted me. This one employee just coast this store and other employees money out of their packets. Because I would have spent between $40.00 to $100.00 in the store. This employee really need to be fire for profiling and Profiling is discrimination. This should have apologized for this but I didn't get one for her mistake. Far as the alarm all she said was going off at the door. She said must been my phone going. My phone right tone is set to Larry the cable guy and cheater cheater this nothing that would sound door alarm going off. It was not my phone going off I would have know it. The one thing I'm NOT is a shop lifter. I do pay for everything I shop for. The sad thing is I'm actually an regular customer that comes into the Riverdale Utah into the store. Because of this now I'm going to do my shopping in Farmington Utah now. So I can get better customer services. Any one goes to this store be careful of this employee that is at store she also watch me. So someone else does not get Profiling as a shop lefter and...

My experience wasn't great today, and as I've thought back to other times in this location, they haven't been the best either. They rarely have customers in the store while I'm there and it's no wonder. My sales clerk was argumentative with me the entire time I was in the store today. I had the $20 off of $20 coupon they send in the mail.. you actually get two of them to use during different timeframes.. you know, to get you in the store as frequently as they can. Today they had a deal on underwear 10 for $39, nope, my coupon wasn't good towards that, so I looked at bras, they were buy one, get one 75% off, haha, nope, my coupon wasn't good towards that either, in fact, my coupon is only good towards one item over $20. Actually that's funny because I was in there a week or so ago using the other exact same coupon and bought 3 items, a couple of which were on sale, and the $20 off came off of each of the 3 items in different dollar amounts adding up to the $20, but today, my coupon wasn't good towards much. I should have just turned around and walked out forsaking the FREE $20. That FREE or complimentary $20 savings isn't worth the drive, hassle, or dealing with the clerks that obviously don't like their jobs or just don't want to see people get a deal. I will not go back there. There are only 4 Lane Bryant's left in northern Utah, and this particular one is a craphole. Selection is almost non-existent, and the lady I dealt with today, well no one should have to be subjected to that, and to pay to go experience that is...

This was our first ever experience at this store and it was horrible. First of all, we drove 2 hours from Idaho because the stores where we live don't carry the size or brand of bra my wife needs. So, anyway, when we got here there were 2 ladies working. We were greeted by them and one lady started asking my wife questions to help her to find what she was looking for, not a bad start. Then my sister asked if they had a restroom we could use since we just drove 2 hours and she has my 3 year old niece with her. The other lady took them back to the associate only area where the only restroom was, no public restroom. Ok, I understand that but then the lady stands there and watches the door like you're a common criminal and you're just looking to steal their merchandise like it's the greatest thing on the planet. Then I had to use the restroom and she was very rude about that. So when my daughter needed to go the other lady said they were too busy. There was like hardly any people in the store at all. The experience was very bad. My personal feelings are that if you're not happy at your job you should go find another one, not take it out on...
