T.J. Maxx — Local services in Riverdale

3 registers open 3 girls up there, 1 making tags, 2 on the register, 2 people getting checked out when we got up i understand things get hectic as ive worked retail but ive never bin more disrespected by a retail store until this last visit I would give 0 STARS if i could one cashier looked like she was having issues the other still ringing someone out by the time 1 got free theres a long line i wondered why the one making tags (who had her back to everyone) didnt hop on her register which was lit. We waited patiently and one got free we walked up she walks away to help the first cashier now only one register is helping customers the one who was having issues. the whole time 3 registers lit only one helping another girl walks up to help the one having issues about 20 min have passed. woman making tags still didnt bat a eye to help the other 2 at this time im contemplating just leaving after that cashier walked away from us. our buisness was just as valuable as the one woman's who had 3 people helping her. another woman walks up who looks like shes going to get on the cashier to finally help the line take in mind we were first in line having waited this long with about 4 people working there come up not help us nope she speaks to the other 3 and walked off away from the registers again. we dropped everything on the counter and walked off 4 people up there 3 cashiers LIT ONLY ONE helping a customer the one having issues on it NOT ONE OF THE OTHER 4 PEOPLE COULD COME HELP CUSTOMERS LOST MY BUSINESS NEVER GOING BACK. by the time we left we were in line 30 min even as we dropped the items girl making tags didnt move i hope the other customers in line had better luck after i left i feel terrible for the people who decided to stay and wait for this pathetic excuse for...

TJ Maxx, Riverdale, located off Main Street, across from Ruby River, is an upper class outlet store that has beautiful collections of “specialty shops” in one stop. These “specialty shops” have been curated, nearly perfectly, with the customer in mind. These shops carry mostly quality luxe, name brand products at discounted prices. You can expect a clean, well lit and well organized store and fully stocked shelves with everything from designer hand bags, luggage, jewelry, name brand shoes, trendy and classic clothes for everyone from new born up. Houseware, kitchen ware and tools, bed & bath, unique decor, artwork, metal art, mirrors, toys, books, stationery, pre packaged food, coffee, imported olive oils, frames, small furniture, signs, throws, pillows, mattress covers, candles, bath and beauty, treats from all over the world, coffee bar set ups, holiday fare, gift bags, gift cards and a whole lot more. I have shopped at TJ MAXX Stores for decades and can always count on finding new, high-end quality and unique gifts, clothing, shoes, decor, etc., here. I could spend an entire day browsing. Staffers always greet me and are generally very helpful. TJ Maxx has large dressing rooms, plenty of parking and a seemingly friendly staff. Today I picked up face serums, hydrating night cream, a makeup bag, a gorgeous Nicole Miller Face Pallet, MK sandals, sugar free coffee syrup, gifts for a wedding and a baby shower, the gift bags and I was happily done for the day! I purchased two pieces of luggage from T.J. Maxx in Riverdale. I got to Florida and the handle of the largest piece fell apart. It looked like it had been put back together before and I didn't know about at the time of my purchase. I took it to TJ Maxx in Florida and they were willing to trade it for a different piece that they had but it wasn't the same brand. I declined their offer and they were very kind about it. I took it back to this location thinking they would do the same thing for me. However this location was not as helpful and I was told that I was beyond the 30 day return time, which I knew nothing about. The sales clerk was very helpful with talking to me and then called someone on a wireless device and spoke with her. She then told me that the manager wasn't willing to help me out because of the time of my purchase. The manager didn't speak with me it was done by way of wireless device to the employee I was speaking with. I don't go to this store often enough that it would affect their sales if I don't return. They sold me a piece of luggage that was defective probably with someone working there knowing that and wouldn't offer to even exchange it for something that...
