Never had the opportunity to go to store. Had to call though. The associate was very helpful and resourceful.
Itâs been three days when I posted what I posted above. Well, yesterday I actually went to the Store to see what my options were in upgrading my IPad 4. The selection wasnât what I expected. They only had one style. I decided to take what they had because of the offer they had. I told the associate that I would go with the iPad if they only had a otter box case. Because my old one has been in a otter box ever since I bought it Back in17â. It was brought up yesterday on how well it was taken care of. The mgr told me they didnât have the model of otter box for the iPad I was going to purchase. So , I kindly said that Iâll go to another store. Before I could turn around and walk towards the Door. The store mgr was on the phone with another store to locate a otter box. Well, the store did. Manager said he would go get it for me and kindly asked if Iâd wait. Within a half hour he returned with the otter box. Now I have some negatives of the store. The associates could be a little more Knowledgeable of the products they are selling. The store could have a better inventory. I really donât want To order something and wait. The Young associates need to Stay out of the back of store while mgr is gone.    Read moreWe recently switched 4 phones over to T-Mobile. My wife and I were very impressed with everything they had to offer. Everything was going very smooth until switching my business line over from Net-10.
Net-10 is very difficult to work with if you want to switch carriers. I appreciate their high level of security. BUT, it was a nightmare and they held all my information hostage.
We were in the T-Mobile store last night for 3 1/2 hours. We closed the store! And Net-10 still did not transfer my number over today. And I had to spend another two hours in the T-Mobile store this morning. Several phone calls to Net-10, none of the phone calls were resolved, and they hung up on us every time when we hit a dead end. they were not willing to help at ALL.
It was not looking hopeful. But our T-Mobile rep Ernesto was a rockstar! He did not stop until he completed his mission. He was very determined not to give up so I could keep my number.
He totally fixed and resolve the issue. I am very grateful. I still got to keep my number, of 23 years.

Later on I saw on my account that an Apple Watch and 2 extra protection plans were added to my account without my knowledge. I went to the store to see what was going on and was told that they had no idea how that was added. Raul was extremely disrespectful to my mother and told her he didnât owe her any explanations, after that he stormed off. The manager backed him up and also told my mother they didnât owe her any explanations. He also tried to blame this mistake on an employee who he claimed was present when he was helping me (and also conveniently doesnât work there anymore), there was no other employee there other than Raul and the manager.
