Hi thereâ 1- I submit an application for become a notary, attended 6 hour course few times and passed exam on Oct 10th, 2015 first call was advice they working on 10/17/2015 anther word my application was delayed 7 days without any notification sent to me.
This the worst customer service I had in my life no one care the notary section protocol âthey penning your request till tomorrow off cause tomorrow never comes because tomorrow will tell you tomorrowâ.
Stuff office not trained to handed customer calls first time call have no idea why my commission not issue yet only ask me to call different entity (Education vendor) then later on found secretary of state is responsible for this matter without any notification.
Misleading Info. Was advice by secretary of state office stuff and supervisor all the time (Names and many indents will be provided just in case will help for in investigation?)
2- My Application was now delay for 3 weeks because the notary section office supervisor claim I fell Notary Public application SOS/NP-30 was wrong on no. 6 not sure howâs that happened and I have to spend close to $ 100 for FedEx overnight back and forward because this none sense , let me explain more detailed I am Self employed as I mentioned in no. 5 then I complete no. 6 N/A (Not applicable) witch asking about Business location (City âZip Code - County) he rejected my application because he ask me to complete my residence address once again as Bus.    Read moreI filed on-line for the Statement of Information for my business on April 24th and requested an electronic/e-mail copy. The Secretary's site states it will be sent via e-mail within 3 business days. It is now April 30th and no Statement yet. I called the Sec's office and was told they could not "guarantee" that the Statement would arrive today or even tomorrow. I asked if we could request a hard copy and pay for that service. I was informed they cannot do this. A loan for my business is on hold until I have this new Statement of Information (which by the way I did file earlier in the year but opted to re-file and re-pay as it appeared by the Sec's website that I would see the doc quickest by a re-file). Also, the Secretary's office does not send you a copy of your Statement of Information when you renew each year. You have to request it and, yes, get in a virtual line. So, we wait for the paperwork and hope that the Statement will arrive by tomorrow. Meanwhile, needed product will not ship from my supplier. My business is on hold while the Secretary's group works on the "new system" to handle matters. I liked the old system where if you needed help you could call and yes, pay a fee, but at least get the document that you need. I think it was called service.    Read moreNeed to speak to someone about a dissolved corporation, so I can get proof, so Google will take my personal info off of their false page on Google maps for this corporation that was dissolved 11 years ago (and received a false review on google maps, 2 years ago, which is yet another issue with Google). Waited on the phone for more than 45 minutes when I called this office, before a woman answered, who did not even give me her name. I explained why I was calling, and she said I needed to speak to the "complaint" department, and put me back on hold before I could say another word. Now, I have been on hold another 45+ minutes. That's right, kids, more than an hour and a half---with still no tangible help (and a lack of professionalism---who doesn't give their name when answering a call??) A corporation is abusing me, and giving me no recourse to fix the theft of personal info, and now my state office which my tax dollars support, is refusing to help me too.
