I have been a member for about three years and highly recommend The Academy. It is a great place to workout for anyone who is serious about fitness or wants to be in a motivating environment surrounded by others who are pushing themselves. The Academy has helped me stay in shape and dedicated because the challenging exercises are switched regularly to keep me engaged. I'm someone who tries to go 4-5x per week, which allows me to get a full body workout throughout the week.
