Very disappointed in this company 😞 my son purchased me three anklets online for Christmas as well as three thumb rings and a toe ring . I made sure I sent her the correct sizes but when I received the anklets she sent me the wrong size on two of them. When I reached out to her she said I would have to pay for shipping to send them back to her so I drove an hour to her store in St. Augustine and the young lady who was very nice said she had to solder another piece on to the anklet that I was already sent that she could not give me a new anklet. In my opinion since she sent me the wrong size they should have given me two new anklets not fixed these. I am not sure how strong this soldering is and I'm just hoping that it holds so the anklet doesn't fall off my ankle and get lost. Also, their prices are very high. I found another girl in Ormond Beach that sells the exact same jewelry for $25 per anklet!!!! I will most certainly be giving her my business moving forward... In response to your comment of my exact words, that was before I measured the anklets and realized you sent the wrong size. I did not measure them wrong and you should put that comment on this review!!!! My exact words to you after I realized you measured them wrong. Was since this is not my fault but instead your fault. Would it be possible for you to send me two new anklets in the correct size and I will return these two!!!!! You cut them a half inch and 3/4 in too small!!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this adorable little boutique on St George Street in St Augustine, FL! If you love toe rings (or if you’ve never tried them), you must visit Tootsy’s Footsies! The owner Victoria is amazing! She will custom fit your tootsies and has an eye for the perfect combination to wear in many different ways. (she has finger and thumb rings too) The toe rings are handmade by her husband and are SO comfortable you will forget you’re wearing them, except you will get so many compliments everywhere you go! My daughter and I went back three times in one weekend. We loved them so much and had a blast each time going back. All the rings are guaranteed. I never take mine off, they are sterling silver and gold filled. They look brand new through showers, swimming, running shoes, and sand—they don’t fall off or tarnish. I ordered more online when I returned home, the discount code they emailed me didn’t go through, I let Victoria know and she mailed me a check for the discount amount! She even sent another code for my next order. Every ring I ordered online fit just as perfectly as it did being sized in person. They also give simple directions on how to size yourself or they will send you a ring sizer upon request. I had a full set of toe rings on, and some I had double stacked when I walk in. So I had high hopes after seeing the sign, and I was not disappointed! I have tried so many rings. I only wear sterling silver and at times some gold filled rings to match gold anklets. That is what Tootsie Footsie carries. The best! I normally only buy toe rings that can be adjusted down to the size I need, but the rings are alway turned around showing the over lap which is not the pretty part I like to look at or what I bought the ring for. So I’m constantly adjusting the over lap style rings. Also, the edges of some of the over lap rings, if not well made, can rub.

The day I found the shop I replaced 2 toe sets, 4 rings in total, that I was currently wearing. Walked the rest of the day in town, then a beach walk that evening, and a 3 mile hike the next day no issues, no pinches, none fell off. After 2 weeks none are damaged or broken. I don’t wear/own shoes so my rings get constant wear and tear.

I loved getting my toes sized so that I can now buy at leisure from home on the tootsie Footsie website. I’ll be replacing all the small over lap style toe rings I currently have...
