Mr. Phuong is a master craftsman and artist!!. After my mother recently passed away, I brought him: 1) my mothers rope chain and cross charm which she wore her whole life, 2) my cuban link chain and cross charm (inherited from my grandfather) which I never take off and have been wearing for the last 25 years, and 3) some of my mothers old broken earings and a kinked up herring bone. My request was to melt it all down and make me a cuban link necklace and new charm made from my and my mothers necklaces and charms. And the Cross charm was to serve as an urn for some of my mother's ashes. After dropping everything off I had to return to my current home in VA (where im stationed as an active duty military member). And when I returned 2 weeks later, the necklace was finished and provided Phuong with some of my mother's Ashes to enclose in the beautiful Urn charm he worked tirelessly on to construct and complete in time for me to wear it to my mother's memorial. Phuong was very accommodating and voluntarily modified his own work hours to complete this work of art that turned out better than I could have imagined. I'm extremely grateful for the his time, effort and care he expended on my behalf. Will never go to another Jeweler again so long as Phuong's is open...

We had to get a ring re-made and Phuong made the process so pleasant. He agreed to re-use the materials from the old ring, found us a beautiful new center stone, and listened so attentively to what I wanted! He asked so many questions to make sure the ring would be perfect. He even finished the project a day early, and it is BEAUTIFUL. Exactly what I wanted and absolutely exquisite. Stopped in while on vacation to shop for my wife’s birthday. Phuong was great. He does amazing work. It is rare that you find a jeweler who is both willing AND able to make you a piece from scratch. He also offered to modify several pieces if we wanted. He showed us works in progress as well as finished designs. He is the kind of man who will make a deal on your word.
