In 2015 i rented a washer only had 400 dol left for payment i ended up having to move out of where i was living i called several times to tell them they needed to pick up always got the same response of no one is available to pick it up the landlord locked the house up i told them they said someone needed to be present i was no longer allowed on the houses property so ihad my mom to meat them they would either not sow or landlord not show they told me i still owed for the washer even though i told them to pick ot up several times from the house they said they refuse to contact the landlord or get envolved in any civil issue like this the people became rude to me and started yelling at me when i said i refused to pay for it it is in their comp i requested pickup several times needless to say the landlord kept the washer and now its on my credit as a owed debt ill never go their again i dont...

They are extremely helpful willing to go above and beyound to help u with ur payment arrangement if u run into a jam or whatever their service is excellent their prices are in my personal opion extremely reasonable I've went thru other rent to own organizations none I mean none have treated us with as much respect as Aaron's has or been as helpful or reasonable they have great brands all very neat and clean if they don't have what u want they are willing to order great great store and staff to work thing with to supply ur home with ur needs I highly reccomend...

I literally just drove an hour to purchase furniture for our new house. There were 5 workers when we walked it, as well as one in the office and one employee who was asleep in the recliner section. No one asked if we needed help, no one greeted us, no one acknowledged we were there. As they watched us walk to the exit I turned and said thank you for helping us, I guess we will go somewhere else and they just sat and looked at us. Unbelievable. Just rented a whole house full of furniture from rent one, right down the road. Greeted us at the door...
