One of the best coffee shops in Salem! They have very unusual for this town interior, what makes them specific.
Painted walls took my attention when I almost passed this place, but when I see that I couldn’t just pass it.
They almost don’t have tables to eat, just a bar stand along the wall. It you get a sandwich with coffee it is enough. But if you plan to read a newspaper enjoying a cup of espresso, so this place isn’t your choice.
They have a big variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as sandwiches, salads and deserts.
I’ve got an Avacado toast, a cappuccino and a scone. Everything were delicious. Avacado today was with Avacado paste, a ring of tomato, spices and oils. It is very delicious, I will make the same at home definitely.
Cappuccino was great too. Very good sort of coffee and very professional barista!
Unfortunately, I didn’t find a restroom. Maybe they have it somewhere behind the kitchen, but I didn’t ask.
If you are on the car, there are a lot of meters outside.
And, also, they selling their branded T-shirt’s. It is very nice.
I definitely will visit this place again when I...
Read more10/10 for food/drink quality. Biscuit breakfast sandwiches are amazing. During any other time I’m sure their service would be fine, but they dropped the ball this time.

We weren’t the only ones. Wait times were easily 30+ minutes for pretty much everyone. Meanwhile, they had one employee stamping paper bags, and another picking out a new playlist of music. Not exactly the activities of a business short staffed and backed up.
Unsolicited suggestions: get a 2nd espresso machine. And, if it’s super busy and the espresso is the bottleneck, have one person dedicated to pumping out espresso, not getting side tracked with other random tasks and drink...

The menu is small, but that isn't bad because what's on it is executed well. I don't have to ask if everything is house-made because you can tell it is. We got egg/cheddar biscuit sandwiches. The biscuit was fluffy, so was the egg. I don't know how they prepped/seasoned their egg, certainly unique and very tasty.
We also got these really neat house-made pop tarts. We visited in the middle of October so they had seasonal decorations on them.
Black coffee was great.
The establishment is small and made for take away, but there's a perfect courtyard across the street and adjacent to Brew Box. There's large rocks for prime seating. It completed the experience.
Service was also timely. Not too...
