My husband and I booked the Salem Night Tour from this store 2 weeks ago. Terrible, would not recommend. Sent them this message to address our horrible experience 2 weeks ago and they didn't even bother to respond. Don't waste your money. These people don't care about historical accuracy or your safety, only the money they can make off of you. They don't even care enough to respond when someone has a legitimate issue. Next step will be reporting them to the BBB for selling a "history" tour with false information.

'Tour guide repeatedly shared inaccurate information, 3 times saying Bridget Bishop was the first person accused of witchcraft in Salem, which is not only untrue, but can easily be fact checked by a simple Google search. Not only that, but he constantly walked us across the middle of the road while cars were coming with no crosswalk and at one point was walking down the actual road when there was a sidewalk available. EXTREMELY disappointed in this tour and would like a refund. Left early because we didn't want to stand around in parking lots and continue to be told wrong information. Worst tour I've EVER been on, and many near us on the tour agreed. We were also told we'd be seeing historical sites and graveyards and only saw sites where historical buildings used to be....

You'll find this quaint little shop with whimsical items that charmed us on our visit to Salem. We chose a Harry Potter "Sorting Hat" to take home for our grandson's 9th birthday. There was only one item left-the "display" item and the owner told us that everyone had tested the item and consequently, the batteries had died. He assured us that the item had been working well and would be fine once we put in new batteries. We decided to take a chance and purchased it. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the item did not work as promised. We called the shop and spoke with the owner, Tim. He was very gracious and apologetic and offered to find us a replacement item even though the item was discontinued! He was able to locate one and shipped it off to us in Pennsylvania at his expense! Wow!! We were absolutely blown away at his customer service!! We were very happy and our grandson was THRILLED with his birthday gift. We have nothing but warm, happy memories of our Salem visit. Thank you, Tim. You went above and beyond! Visit this very unique gift shop and you will be as...

Just spent some time in Salem for the first time ever and I noticed a lot of tours happening, as expected by all the lore and more here in Salem, but one thing I noticed with our tour group that was unlike the rest. Was that our guide was well resourced, and knew exactly what he was talking about. He hadn’t driven himself to teach us every little thing as that would’ve been impossible, but I’d like to think he could make an excellent book or pamphlet for one to take home and read more about the history etc. just a suggestion as I haven’t seen it yet and will definitely introduce a new threshold in tourism! I loved that our guide wasn’t some character, he didn’t chalk everything up by wearing a hat or speaking a certain way. Be behaved at himself, a local to the infamous Salem with familiar history. And made himself out to be exactly what his face value is. An absolutely great guy who deserves to do what he loves more often. Be sure to ask question, as it only induced...

We were just walking through Salem when my son—who’s a huge Harry Potter fan—spotted Remember Salem Gifts from a block away and went absolutely wild with excitement. The shop looks magical from the outside, and once we stepped in, it was like entering a wizarding world! There’s so much to explore—robes, scarves, wands, plushies, Funko Pops, and even Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer, which my son had to try (he loved it). The shop is packed with Harry Potter-themed treasures and cozy witchy vibes, and every corner had something new to discover. It was really well-organized for such a busy store, and the staff were super friendly. You can also book walking tours through them to explore Salem’s haunted history, which we’re saving for next time. If you have a Harry Potter fan in the family, this place is a must-visit. Seeing my son light up made it one of the highlights of our trip!

I was worried about this tour because I was looking for something a little more fun/spooky than a stuffy history tour. We were blown away. Our tour guide, Courtney, was GREAT!! She was absolutely hilarious and knowledgeable about all things Salem and the paranormal. She made sure no one fell behind and that we were close enough to hear her at all times. Didn't expect to, but I learned a ton and laughed even more. Thanks Courtney!

We did a historical Salem witch trails and ghost tour of the area through this place. We went in person to get our tickets and the person was very nice. Our tour guide Bobby K was very informative and gave us lots of time to ask questions. He has fun jokes to tell along our way and did a great job. We learned a lot about history of the witch trails and hauntings of the area.
