One word, condescending. Have a little bit more compassion for people when they are coming to you for legal advice. I have never been involved in a legal manner prior, so when I am reaching out for help (especially for a service that I am paying for), I expect to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. Evertime I contacted the office, the receptionist was short and snooty. I was treated as if I were a burden.
