If you’re looking for unique, beautifully crafted glass pieces, Borosyndicate is the place to go. After 13 years of patronage, I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking the best...

Literally just left and I hate leaving bad reviews but got to do it. Drove 20 minutes to come get a new puffco pivot only to find a note on the door saying the entire shop would be back in 30 minutes which really sucks cuz then I had to pay for parking.

So I waited for 40 minutes. Owner sees me at the door and shouts. "I'm back" from down the road. We entered the shop and he proceeds to help the person that had been waiting for 2 minutes instead of 40. Not that he knew.

He then assures me that he's going to give me a discount for waiting for 40 minutes. Which he then doesn't discount the product $0.01 and instead tries to offer me cones saying "the price on this is firm sorry".

I told them I don't really smoke cones and he then offers me some incense.

Long story short, I've spent about $500 here and I will not spend a penny more. You do you. Feel free to reach out and make it better and I'll take down my review. If not, I will happily leave it up.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Best selection and great prices. This is the only place I buy my glass pipes. I love Borosydnicate. I miss them being in Murray (it was so much closer to me). I still drive downtown for my items because I love this place, the selection, the quality, friendly & helpful staff, and of the course the great prices. If you are looking for something for awesome glass this is the place to go... and they make custom pipes upon request. You can't get that anywhere else. Thank you and keep up the great work. ...
