Would not recommend at all. I was frustrated with my whole experience there. First of all they are impossible to get ahold of. We couldn’t find the place because there is no sign on the building, and were calling repeatedly to get directions and information on where to park. Then when my friend and I arrived , we expected to have our services done at the same time with two different people (as we had booked.) instead , the girl, Ally, casually said she would be doing both our lashes, with no apology or anything. This ended up taking longer and I feel like she took less care on making our lashes look good. One of us had to wait for the other and it just wasn’t what we wanted. I wasn’t happy with how my lashes turned out because I felt like it was rushed . I got a lash lift and my lashes are all wonky and sticking out in crazy directions. Also, when you check out they are aggressive about a tip and give you a sheet with suggestions on what to tip which is awkward. Then they try to get you to leave a review when you check out and bribe you with a free lash wand if you do it. I feel like people are pressured to leave a 5 star and positive review in this case, bc you have to show them , so whatever reviews they have on here may not even be authentic.! I got myself a lash lift back in January. I have gotten them before but this time my left eyelid was burning so bad when the chemical solution was applied that I had to have Rachel take it off. My eyelashes where lifted so high after that they curled under my lid. After a month and a half, the left eye stayed so curled that I had to have them apply the solution to make them uncurl and tame it down and that application didn't burn. Finally after 3 months, they fell out and grew back normal. I contacted them asking to be reimbursed for all the trouble and discomfort and they said it was my own reaction to the chemical and it's my problem and I did not believe that one bit. I went to "The Spa Lounge" to get another lash lift and it was perfect!! I was so nervous , but there was no burning and the curl was just right on both eyes. Plus the table was warm in a very comfortable environment. Lasted 8 weeks and now doing it again. Just be careful. That is some serious stuff you're putting on your eyelid. I do not live in Salt Lake City or Utah. I was here on business longer than expected and I needed to get an entire new set of hybrid lashes. I was very nervous as I love my lash person that I go to where I live. I have very sensitive eyes and have had my lashes done for over 10years. I booked an appointment with Susie after researching different lash places in SLC and different lash tech's. I chose Susie and am so grateful that I did. Susie was/is very professional and really listens to how you want your lashes to look. She was careful, gentle and thoughtful and my lashes turned out beautifully. I had no swelling or eye irritation at all during or after my appointment. I am on my way back to see her for a 2 week fill before I leave SLC.
