The last few visits to this store sure have been disappointing. The service has really gone done and now the food has too. I ordered a venti green tea latte and it came less than 2/3 full. When I asked if this was a full drink she said it should be. I asked if it looked full to her and she shut the window. 1st picture after I pulled out and put the straw in, no sip. 2nd photo the way it looked when she handed it to me.

The most competent Starbucks with the sleekest professional service I’ve ever been to. I’m blown away. I brought some hot and tired kids in from a roadtrip and the girl who took our order was so kind, and all the drinks were perfect, made fast and correctly and tasted as awesome. I’m so glad it wasn’t another disappointing Starbucks visit and it really cheered up my camp kids :)

Dine in / take out is CLOSED. Handwritten sign when you get here is the only way to know other than this post or calling the store. No explanation why. No bike rack that I can immediately see. Go to a store that is reliably open and bike friendly.

Honestly this was the first bad experience I’ve ever had going to a Starbucks. One thing I really love about going to any Starbucks coffee shop is that the majority of the time I get along really well with the staff they are super friendly and are generally hard workers especially during the holidays. Today at this particular location I asked for a drink over ice and they had a small mixup and gave it to me hot which was no problem at all i didn’t mind waiting when I asked them to remake it the first barista who took my order was very kind and said it was no issue at all. The second person who ended up bringing my order out was very rude and had the nastiest attitude as if she was upset and took it personally that I asked for my drink to be remade because it wasn’t what I had ordered. Then there ended up being a mistake with my drink that second time. I honestly didn’t want any problems and was tired of waiting at that point so I just decided to take it ..i said thank you and left then ended up having to go to another Starbucks to get the right drink. I usually get my drink with coconut milk and I didn’t even notice until I left that it was not added at all and my drink was not sweet and tasted disgusting. I usually don’t post a lot of reviews but honestly some of the people there need to learn how to have basic social skills and treat people with respect. I used to work in a restaurant and i understand how difficult it is working with some people in the public because you get customers who are angry or rude sometimes however I don’t let this dictate how I treat every other person who came in for the rest of that day. Im not sure what her issue was and what was going on this morning but her attitude was uncalled for and i think her messing up my drink the second time was intentional. If it’s too hard to treat people with basic human decency and respect then maybe you shouldn’t be working with people at all let alone a Starbucks please get it together and do better. What goes around comes around so try being...

For over a year now, every time I come here, drive-through is speedy, but inside, the service is very, very slow. Today was abysmally slow. We arrived later in the afternoon and the dining area was almost vacant yet there were 4 people behind the counter, so we expected quick service. After we ordered, we noticed it was basically only one person making drinks and the other three workers were doing other tasks. The one person making drinks was as busy as could be. We watched as he made drink after drink, all for the drive-through customers. I think we waited a total of 36 minutes for our two iced matchas that took two minutes to make. He never even started ours until there was not a single order to be made but ours. We were utterly exhausted from the wait, we stood there watching but perpetually getting ignored. Like I said, this is an ongoing problem of dine-in customers being made to wait longer than drive-through, but today left us feeling highly exasperated, especially because 4 pairs of eyes kept seeing us waiting, but stayed busy at other tasks. And only when there was nobody inside or outside the store, that moment was when there was finally time to finally start our order. I think this is a management problem, I am sure that workers are instructed to prioritize drive-through. We are nothing but patient and polite customers, we always tip, we go out of our way to treat workers with respect… but it’s left us feeling like the reason we were so neglected was management priorities and if we do return it will only be at the...

I'm totally confused as to why I have to load money onto a gift card and then use that gift card to receive loyalty points for my purchases. It's a HUGE hassle all the way around. I didn't realize this in the drive thru when I inquired about it and the lady at the window just did it for me and handed me the card and said my change from the purchase was on the card. I was completely dumbfounded as to why she put my money on a gift card. I didn't have time to ask why she did that and there was a long line behind me, so I just left.

The second time I went though the drive thru, I asked to use the remaining balance on the card and for clarification as to what why it was placed on there in the first place. There wasn't a line behind me and the window lady was very polite and explained the process to me. Which I appreciated.

However, I doubt I'll be going back to Starbucks anytime soon. I mean, it's spendy in the first place and now they've made it too complicated to get any type of benefits for going there. I haven't been to a Starbucks in a long time, so I'm not sure how long this change had been in place, but...
