Utah Souvenir & Gift Store — Local services in Salt Lake City

So I found this cool little shop, I was visiting the capital and I was like hey there's a souvenir shop. The staff there is so darn nice. This kid Chase who I said his name wrong like twice was probably the friendliest kid I've ever met. Walked me around the whole store which mind you isn't super big but gave such amazing service and detail to all of the items as we walked. I ended up getting a few things which I had not planned on and was telling my sister about it. Well the next day she decided she was going to go in there and she said she had an amazing talk Justin and Kennedy. Apparently I got some presents that she will not tell me about until my birthday which is next week lol. Such a fun shop and a cool environment. I know people don't like to give reviews too much unless they've had a bad experience but I wanted to definitely give this good review. The shop has a charming selection of Utah-themed items—postcards, magnets, local honey, books on Utah history, and quirky Beehive State merch. I picked up a couple of T-shirts, and they even had a sale section with some good deals. Prices were reasonable for a tourist spot, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Such great customer service here! I bought a unique and special mountain necklace from here that I fell in love with while on a ski trip. After only a month of wearing it on a daily basis I lost it one day and could not find it after retracing all of the steps I took that day. In despair of not finding it I called the shop to see if they had another. They had only one left. Even though it did not sound like it was customary for them to do purchases over the phone and they do not have a way to purchase on the website, the manager of the store made it possible for me to purchase it for the same price. While she made an extra payment to have it special sign for delivery to make sure it made it to me knowing how important it was to me.
