Loved every second of it. Went on the last night of our honeymoon. Our driver (I can't recall her name, but if she gets some kind of bonus for mentioning her in the reviews, we went on a ride around 1030pm on Sunday March 21,2021 with the driver who was in charge of Princess Pearl, the white horse with the little tiara in the bigger carriage.) She was amazing and we loved her stories. She didn't treat us as just another fare, she treated us as though we were life long friends and that really made the whole thing great. While the price might seem high for a short ride, I highly recommend paying it, because the money not only goes towards the amazing horses who pull the carriages all afternoon and all night, it goes to some amazing drivers who really care about making this experience one you want to do again.

We also made a promise that we would help her petition allowing Onesies and Pajamas for the drivers to keep them warmer on the colder nights. (I was in my PJs for the ride and we started taking about how it would be amazing to have the drivers in these fun outfits to make it even better for everyone, cause we all have a little...

Unable to successfully make and hold a reservation. Upon three attempts by phone and several emails I was finally able to get thru. I was told that they tried to call me three different times, which I almost believed..... but then I just looked at my log and saw that she blatantly lied to my face(ear, by phone). I would have actually booked it regardless, but that blatant lie to the customers face really rubbed me the wrong way

I would assume that they are a small business, and assume thats why they didn't have an adequate web site for the reservation....... but if they need credit card information for reservations then it should be available for us to enter that information on the website.

Again it's just the lies that make me upset, I can get past anything else but when a business blatantly lies to a customer's face to make themselves look good as an individual, then it makes me upset, because they're not representing the business anymore.

Some friends and I decided on a whim that an open air carriage ride from one bar to another was I order rather than doing a rideshare. It was probably the best decision we made all night! First off, choosing Miss Daisy (the gorgeous horse with exquisite trellised braiding) and Victoria (our beyond fabulous driver) was a total win for us. Victoria was fantastic and graciously accommodated us in going outside her usual route to bring us to the bar we needed to get to. She also, graciously, slowed down as we passed the Alamo and even gave us a “heads up ETA” when we were approaching the bar so that our friends in wait could watch us arrive in regal style. We were even able to pay by credit card!
