We have had in the past a very positive experience with Grunt Style Custom orders. This past time was very different. When placing the order in October we were advised it was a 30 day turn around timeframe. As that time came and passed I had to email them asking when we would be getting our merchandise. When you place a custom order there is a minimum of 75 pieces that have to be ordered and paid in advance before it can be started. Beginning in December, I received the same email every week, only in response to my inquiry until Jan 2024 that it was completed production and should be shipped that week. It was not shipped out till after the new year with no apology from the company's customer service. This order was almost 60 days later than originally advised with zero remorse from them. The emails I received came across like I was bothering them by asking about the order week after week. We ended up being short by an item as well. The email I got back about this was questioning if I was even telling the truth, until I scanned their item checklist that was included that showed the item missing, and emailed it back to them. We are now just getting that remaining item at the beginning of February from an order placed in October 2023. We like the clothing and the quality, but the customer service is lacking for sure. My experience with grunt style was unfortunately one of the worst imaginable. I ordered two shirts on Black Friday. A week before Christmas I had received neither. I had to call the company for a status update and was informed my order never shipped and now one of the shirts I ordered was now out of stock! I was assured two day shipping on the shirt that was in stock. It’s now the 23rd of December. I called back today to find the shirt I wanted still had not shipped and was now also not in stock. This is unacceptable!! Customer service did NOTHING to remedy this issue. I want to support veteran business but I cannot in good faith continue as a customer.
