Rocky Mountain Chocolate — Local services in San Antonio

I live in San Antonio & had never came to this place until now. I can certainly say that the Candy Apple was delicious but the service by the employees was HORRIBLE!! I WOULD NOT recommend this place!! The 2 girls in charge of the place this day were completely out of line making FALSE allegations to their manager that my husband was threatening them when in reality one of them told my husband "This is downtown, u better be ready!" U tell me what she was implying..? 😡 When we asked the 2 girls to speak to a manager, one of them stated they WERE the manager when indeed they weren't. Finally, the supposedly "real manager" came out which she, herself was rude. She asked about the incident then completely cut my husband off & said "I want u off my premises". We finally left after a small exchange of words. Businesses downtown need BETTER employees because the San Antonio Riverwalk is a place of tourism & employees like them make our city look BAD! 😡 I am disappointed! 😡 BEWARE RUDE...

We were ripped off for an extra $12-ish dollars for getting cones. The sign by the cones says $2.00 more for cones. We were charged for three extra ice creams entirely. When I asked the worker to fix it she said no that's how much it is and refused to refund us despite me pointing out the price advertised.

There was pinesol in the hand sanitizer that my husband still can't get out of his hands after washing.

Waste of money, careless staff and bogus pricing. If your local or not skip and get ice cream at another location. Plenty to choose from downtown...

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Literally had a staff member look me dead In the face and ask “ are you going to buy something or not” as I was waiting on my boyfriend who was using the restroom. She then proceeded to go bang on the restroom door and yell “ restrooms are for paying customers ONLY”. I understand we didn’t immediately come In and but something before heading to the restroom, but can I not wait on my significant other before making a decision??
