In today’s visit, I feel all employees were training by someone, and no one seems willing to help me. Even their attitude was unfriendly. Like my visiting was bothering them a lot. Look at me like I’m an unpleasant guest. I love Bluemercury, But they need the new management team to retrain the employees in this store. I have some advice for them since I learn a lot from my business class 1, they should not train their employees while they were opening the store, if it does, please one by one. Tracie helped me and was terrific throughout my experience :) She helped me find the right Ogee shade but I ended up not liking the consistency. She recommended a Lune + Aster CC cream instead and gave me a sample of it to try at home. I went back to purchase it but since it's a very popular shade, it's sold out online and almost everywhere. Tracie called multiple stores and was finally able to secure one for me. Amid my two visits, she also addressed multiple customers without making me feeling like I was forgotten about. A very sad and unprofessional woman, Angela, was of no help at all. Compared to the woman who helped me last December (I forgot her name, but she was blonde and said she was the manager and I did not see her there this time), this Angela person should not be working with the public.
