Booked via ClassPass while traveling to stay in shape. I regularly take classes in my gym but this was my first class using Pilates reformers. I enjoyed the class, it’s very targeted to the specific areas I feel like all women are concerned with, usually. Instructor Laura was friendly and attentive!

Not sure how often they clean the floors but I felt lots of debris when walking.

Be prepared to work hard and feel it the next day in the best way possible. In 50 minutes you will get an amazing full body workout! The instructors are amazing as well . The space is clean, the instructors are nice and provide clear direction and push you to really get the most out of your time. Class goes by so fast and I always get excited to go back. Make sure you check this place out, you...
