Worst customer service experience ever. We had a rug we needed to return, contacted customer service and they said we could return it at this store instead of having to ship it. When we went to the store with the rug the employees told us that they don't accept any "furniture" returns in store (apparently this includes rugs) and that we would have to ship it to their warehouse by FedEx (also a heads up- apparently each CB2 location can make up their own return policies). We had more items to pick up from the store and now had no way to fit them into our car since the space was taken up by the rug that needed to be returned. Eventually they offered to print out the FedEx return label for us and have it picked up the next day by FedEx. We called customer service 2 days ago since the tracking number we were provided for FedEx wasn't working and they said it had been delivered and we should receive our refund by today. We didn't receive our refund so we contact customer service AGAIN and found out that the rug was JUST picked up by FedEx 10 days later. They're now saying it could take up to 3+ weeks to receive our refund when we've already waited a week and a half with the rug just sitting in their warehouse. The complete lack of communication and lying by staff is unacceptable, especially for a company that is "luxury". Would absolutely not recommend purchasing anything from...

The staff is rude and totally judgmental, and you ALWAYS have to inspect all items they sell you. I picked up an online order today and I kid you not, one item was broken and another one was not in a box. They literally gave me an EMPTY box (which unfortunately I did not inspect and only realized this when already at home). My husband noticed the broken item while still in the store and when he went to address this with the staff member, she wanted to charge him a higher price for it. She got all annoyed with my husband who wasnât willing to pay extra for something he already purchased and they were at fault for not inspecting the item before giving it to the him. When her manager finally intervened, the staff member threw the receipt at my husband rather than giving it to him like a normal adult....

However, the reason for my one star is the customer service after the purchase is nearly nonexistent. They delayed an item that they told me would be available, charged me a delivery fee that was supposed to be waived TWICE (both charges still not reimbursed after 4 calls to customer service) and the delivery dates have been an absolute mess and caused me to miss work. They also wanted to charge me an $90 assembly fee for an item that I was told later only needed the legs put on it. In addition, I have called them probably seven times now and every time I am on hold for almost 30 minutes. I think there are plenty of other places to get furniture. It would not have this...
